I have waited in all day since 9am and no contact or delivery has been made. I phoned at 4pm and was told it was on the way- where is my order?

Hi Very sorry to hear this. It seems to have been delayed in getting to the delivery depot and only went out for delivery at 1404. It should now be delivered today. Thank you for sending the La Vache qui rit in a box with ice cubes. However since the La Vache qui rit package is made form paper, everything was wet when arrived to us. A kind suggestion would be to put the La Vache qui rit packs in a sealed plastic bag before putting them in the box with the ice cubes. Many thanks, Anastasia Kolyva

Hi Sorry to hear this, the sorba freeze should absorb water to prevent this. It sounds like there might have been some external ice on it that was not removed before shipping. We will check this is done properly in future so items don't arrive damp like this. Kind regards, Matt French Click

I placed an order at the end of July and was given a delivery date of the 2nd August. It still hadn’t arrived by the 7th August. I phoned you and you said that you would look into it and get back to me. However, it has now been delivered. I am not sure what went wrong . I tried to track it but ParcelForce woldn’t let me. This is the first time I have ordered anything from you and I was disappointed. However, it won’t stop me from ordering from you again. Hopefully, it will be better next time round.

Hi Sorry to hear this, it looks like there was a delay in transit with Parcelforce. The delivery date given in the first place wasn't actually possible in your area so that is our mistake. It should have been corrected now for future orders. Kind regards, Matt French Click

Used for the first time, ordered three items - two packs of flour and some mustard. One of the flour bags had been ripped and Selotaped back together and the mustard was not as ordered. Pretty poor experience, sorry.

I was out on the first day of delivery Thursday and wrote in saying where my package could be left the next day, Friday. It was not left but a card was left and it wasn't till today Monday that my parcel was available for me to collect from a store. Nothing wrong with the tea which I am enjoying at the moment

Hi We do try to be as environmentally friendly as possible for our service. All the boxes are made from recycled cardboard and can be recycled again. The bubble bags can also be recycled, need to check with the local council to see which channel they should go in. The flo-pak green loose fill we use is degradable and can be recycled in some areas. The Sorba Freeze can be re-used but unfortunately cannot be recycled at present. We are also trying to improve and use as sustainable packaging as possible. Kind regards, Matt French Click

Box delivery was meant to arrive on Saturday but arrived Monday all packaging soggy and disintegrated due to thawed out ice packs- hope food isn’t ruined

The products were good but the amount of packaging around the items was utterly ridiculous. It was upsetting to have to put all the polystyrene chips, cold packs and bubble wrap in the bin as none of it can be recycled. In an age when everyone is trying to reduce packaging how could you be so irresponsible? For this reason I will not be ordering again - sorry.

Hi Sorry to hear this. We do try to keep the packaging down as much as possible. The flo pak green loose fill we use is degradable and can be recycled in some areas. All the other packaging can be recycled apart from the sorba freeze sheets which can be reused. Kind regards, Matt French Click

This was my first purchase from French Click and it's been a somewhat mixed start. The initial problems were caused by Parcelforce, who claimed that they couldn't find my house! They then delivered the goods 2 days later without letting me know, but, fortunately, I was at home to accept delivery. Unfortunately, however, the goods were damaged as they hadn't been packed securely enough and there was nothing on the packaging to indicate that the items were fragile. When I phoned French Click to complain about the initial non-delivery and the subsequent damage, however, their response was very positive and they undertook to refund me for the damaged items and delivery charge. I assume that this will come through eventually, but I have no reason to doubt their sincerity. On the positive side, although I have tasted only one item so far, it was very nice. If the other items are also up to scratch, I will, therefore, order from them again, hoping that my unfortunate experience was just a one-off mishap.

Great to be able to have all the French local products delivered as well as a great selection. However every time items are missing although they are shown as available at the time of order. Also customer service is useless. If they send a wrong item they have an annoying process that requires sending an email with pictures.

Items ordered because we have bought before in France and were pleased to find a supplier based in UK. Delivery was at selected time. Very disappointed with packaging; box was at least twice as large as necessary and spare space filled with non-recyclable polystyrene pieces - this must be changed.

The products I bought were all brands known to me and should be good. Delivery on 10th August was over 90 minutes after the agreed time slot, which meant I had to cancel a lunch date. When I phoned to ask what was happening, was told there was no way of contacting the driver except by text. They would get back to me. They didn't. Also, one item couldn't be delivered, was told my credit card would be credited. Still hasn't happened after a week. Not impressed, not sure I will use again. Several of the items I bought are available through other sources.

Great products but delivery was a day late and so missed the occasion and caused difficulties with collection. FrenchClick did refund the postage element which was good, but overall still poor.

One item on the order was not delivered , no explanation or notification was given until I had to contact you directly ,,I was simply told it was out of stock and I had not been charged ,,,,this was for a wedding and I should have been contacted and offered alternatives as soon as it was known.. Very poor customer care

I was told the order would arrive Saturday 12th May. So I waited in and it never came. I then received notification DPD that it would arrive Tuesday as I was away I left a message to say leave with a neighbour who I then phoned as I was away to unpack and put the cheese in the fridge. This didn’t happen so I had to arrange to collect by the time I got the package the cheese had to be thrown away. The rest of the order was fine. I am struggling to understand why the order took 7 days to arrive from date of order. I eventually got the order 9 days after the original order date
