Order arrived on time, but disappointed to see that 2 of the 3 packets of Bearnaise sauce were out of date, past the sell-by date prior to despatch. My Email to customer service did not receive a reply and when you try to call the phone cuts out after a few rings.

Very sorry about this, please email customerservice@frenchclick.com with your order number as the subject or reply to your receipt email which will come from sales@frenchclick.com and we'll sort this for you. Please include a picture of the expiry dates and we'll be able to refund the items or resend them to you, we'll also need to investigate with our supplier as this is likely a rotation issue with the stock.

Date of expiration is very soon, courier inadequate- compromised temperature controlled packaging, miscommunicated delivery

Good selection of products. However, the database is not updated with stocks. The two tins of duck confit I ordered because they were seen as available on the day (and in fact several days later) were not available. Had I known that I would probably not have ordered anything. A Similar thing happened with a previous order. This is just not professional.

Very sorry about this, we should have had the item in stock, it just needed to be moved from the FR warehouse to the UK one for shipping.

I couldn’t get the registration form to work and could not otherwise work out how to order items . Not sure if the Company distributes products outside the London area and what the costs would be if they did . Given up now

Product good but completely unacceptable to send in polystyrene chips. Check out how Epicerie Corner sends their Merguez.

Very sorry to hear this, we can also offer paper loose fill as an alternative. The issue with Fresh items can be the condensation. If you're only ordering fresh items and nothing very fragile this shouldn't be a big problem. Please do also note the the flo pak green is degradable in the natural environment and can be recycles via supermarket recycling stations. Disappointed, they advertis stock, you oder then on delivery not supplied, out of stock. Many many items advertised but not available, getting worse.

Very sorry to hear this. Generally we have had improving supply and very good item availability in the last few months. We can offer free delivery when you order again if you had a lot of items removed so you can get them without paying for delivery again. Although I selected date and time for delivery, the delivery date and time were changed not as per my availability so it was not reliable.

Very disappointed as parcel arrived damaged - see attached images. One Fish Soup was broken and another Fish Soup had blown it's lid. All attempts to contact by phone and email were unsuccessful.

I bought 2 butters, one of them is only 5 days to valid date. The milk I ordered is not available when I went to collect it, however 2 days after is delivered to my house without delivery fees. I’m not sure if I will continue to be a customer in French Click.

Very sorry about this, please contact customerservice@frenchclick.com with your order number as the subject and we can refund the butter if you're unable to use it. The milk was a stock error and you should have been told to come and collect when we had it. We have offered the free delivery for it.

Very sorry about this. Normally you should be able to choose your delivery day when you checkout and you should be delivered on it. If you want an earlier day, you can always contact customerservice@frenchclick.com and we can change the date for you.

Ordered on 5/12/22, delivered finally on 16/12/22. 11 days is unacceptable for cheese to be in the postage system. Even if you go by the e-mail notifications of actual delivery that goes from 12/12 to 16/12 that’s at least 4 days out of the fridge . Many “delayed” messages. No follow up until today 2/01/23. Poor.

The wrong product was delivered and rather than accept their mistake, I am being asked to take a photo of their mistake and waste more time. They delivered the wrong product however, rather than accepting their mistake graciously, all kind of demands are made of me. I do not use a mobile hence taking a photo of wrongly delivered product very tedious and time consuming. Very disappointed in their customer service, frankly, not a service at all.

my order was placed two weeks in advance, and still turned up 4 days late, forcing me to cancel my French day with some freinds. Then when it did turn up there were three items missing. I have been refunded which was fine, but only found out when unpacking my box, not advance email. Whole experience very disappointing, not sure whether I bother with them again as it is too much hassle.

Service was quick and easy which was great. I ordered 14 items-11 of which were the same product. It says on the website "Enter if you would like substitutes or not, special delivery instructions or notes about this order:" I left this blank but when i received the consignment they substituted the 11 items with another not even similar product. If it was solely one item i would not have a problem accepting this- but not 11. Instead of contacting me and asking what i would like to do they instead just sent out the consignment. So I called customer support and was told that I SHOULD HAVE stated clearly that I would not accept any substitute- so it is my fault they have provided 11 unwanted items out 14. Nowhere on the website or in Terms and Conditions does it state that this is the CUSTOMERS RESPONSIBILITY. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE SERVICE.

French Click shipped a partial order, despite a pick ticket saying everything was shipped. When I asked for the remaining items to be shipped, I was told they would issue a refund for those items.

Very disappointed with the amount of non recyclable packaging. Whilst accepting the need to keep fresh food cool, there must be a better way.

Very sorry to hear this. The loose fill, boxes and bubble bags are recycleable and the loose fill will also degrade in the natural enviroment. The sorba freeze can be re-used. We are trying to reduce our packaging as much as possible to help the enviroment and prevent wasting materials.
