A pity only one of certain items can be ordered and that the order took so long to arrive.

Many delicious items but some details on the order were not as described for example the small La Baleine sea salt shakers turned out to be low sodium when I had ordered normal salt, another salt I ordered was described as sea salt has no indication on the packet or on the Cerebos website that it is sea salt and a whole packet of salt had lost its lid and spilt all over the rest of the box

My order was delivered on time, but only in part despite being claimed as a full shipment. Cost of missing items was refunded promptly when I complained. Pity, because they were for a birthday treat.

I love what you are offering but you have got to get your deliveries sorted out. After complaining about non-delivery I was told my goods had been delivered ( they hadn`t ) then you offered me an alternative which I declined, then 3 of my 4 original items arrived. After pointing this out you have requested a copy of my original delivery note. I`m sure we will get there in the end but c`mon guys it`s not rocket science!!!

I enjoyed being able to order food from my country without spending too much and the delivery happened on the day it was planned. However, I was disappointed to find out what was missing on the day I received the parcel; I would have liked to know via email. I had to email for a refund because I got charged the incorrect amount; the answer to my request was very quick, but I shouldn’t have had to do it. Also, so much plastic was used; it will have to remain a treat rather than main shopping.

We waited several weeks for our order. When it came it was the wrong order although the outside address was correct the contents were for another customer. Parcel was collected next day and our correct order arrived several days later. Apart from that and one item not available all was well!! Not sure if we will order again as it took several tel.calls and emails to sort the confusion. Time wasting and annoying. Please check orders before shipping.

I ordered rillettes. 6 tubs. I think they were delivered on a Tuesday. One expired the following Saturday. They were all pretty well on in their shelf lives. also, they took a long time to be sent. They were exactly as expected and delicious.

I was disappointed when I wanted to order more than one tin of lentils that I was unable to do so. When I phoned to ask if this was a fault with your website, I was told that you did not have enough in stock for customers to have more than one. Surely with a tinned item you must be able to get sufficient stock of a very ordinary item.

Sorry to hear this. We have very high demand for some items to ensure we have enough stock for all customers the amount you can purchase is limited to 1 for the moment. Once the present crisis is over we will be able to life these restrictions.

Sorry to hear this. The order was delivered on the date chosen when ordering. We have a backlog of orders due to the current crisis. Normally you should know when the package will arrive as you have to choose it when you checkout.

I do not believe that my "opinion matters to French Click". I sent you a report on your delivery ten days ago. You still have not read it. Consignment was poorly packed with the result items in unprotected cardboard boxes were badly crushed by heavier items in transits. Boxes of biscuit crumbs in place of boxes of biscuits are not accaptable at your prices. Other avoid these basic mistakes. Most items were fine, but your unprofessional approach to packing a box of groceries was seriously disappointing.

Items arrived as ordered Timeframe to deliver was 1 month!!! Far to long Really need to improve and will order again as there is a great choice of French products

Some of the items received were broken, we had to make a claim to be reimbursed of the amount. Everything is sorted out now but at the end I do not have the product I wanted.

Yes received items many thanks but feel your delivery was far from satisfactory, seeing your location is London 3 weeks is really along time to deliver an item from stock. I would however re order as they are a very tasteful sauce, having originally purchased in France.

Great products but really resent having to pay up front for them and then taking 4 weeks to arrive! And the main one wanted was, by then, no longer in stock, so no Birthday present for a friend who is shielding!!! 😭😡

The food is great but there's often items missing on the day which you don't know about until the delivery arrives. It would be great if you were told in advance what was unavailable and whether you could substitute anything in.

The France click have good quality halal but the need more halal choose . Regarding about the delivery the take a couple weeks for receive The parcels.i now is but moment because is cause this virus.but Wait too long it’s a little bit lazy anyway many thanks
