L'assortiment est super, les délais de livraison tout à fait acceptable, surtout en période de lockdown. Mais le site internet mérite vraiment un effort, pour être plus 'consumer friendly', c'est à dire plus pratique, easy to navigate, moderne. Cela changerait tout !!

Great site, good service. However was disappointed by the packaging, in particular the boxes was too big and excessive amounts of expanded polystyrene was used. Especially bad as the items were teabags. Please use appropriate and environmental packaging.

Good stuff: wide variety of French groceries and reasonable prices; delivery was on time. Less good: one thing was not delivered - it was OOS - but no warning; a lot of non-recyclable packing in the delivery - bubble wrap at least cam be reused, but masses of polythene (?) pieces that will go straight into land fill. Overall OK but room to improve.

It is amazing to find the French products we love. However it is probably great to have it delivered but receiving the food in a shipment with polystyrenes, big boxes and so many cold blocks was very inconvenient. Plus some yogurt were delivered open. Because of that not sure I will do it again.

Quick and accurate service. French Click are amazing. Unfortunately, Parcel Force delivered the box damaged with some of my order squashed so it was not able to be used.

Excellent products. However the White chocolate rabbit that I wanted for my daughter, and the canape to go with the foie gras were missing.

Nice good quality food , but when the box arrived one of the cheeses had a use by date for that day , contacted the company and they did offer a refund , the other cheese I bough had short shelf lives too , but they were to be used the next day so I did not mind that, well packaged And plenty of chill bags , would recommend , just make sure the dates are ok when you get them.

Sorry about this, there must have been a stock rotation error as the cheese should never have a short date due to how our stock system works.

French Click products are fine. However my last order was delayed by Parcelforce. It was due for delivery on 3/12/19. I was in all day on the 3/12/19. They attempted to deliver around midday on 4/12/19 when I was away all day. They finally delivered on 5/12/19. Although the cheese was still cold, the packaging around it was wet and disintergrating.

Couple of the tins were dented despite arriving wrapped in bubble wrap. Am yet to discover if the contents have been compromised. Delivery as expected.

Product was what I ordered and expected and arrived very well packaged and in a timely manner. I have rated it 'acceptable' rather than 'good' or 'very good' simply because the product was significantly overpriced - but I could find no other source on the internet. (I can get it much cheaper from another retailer who is a considerable distance away and unfortunately does not deliver.)

Delivery was on time But some cookies were distroyed. The iced distroyed several packages. Not ecologic packaging.

Everything was fine apart from one item that was open in the parcel and the I wished the refrigerated items was stored in a different compartment as the ice pack melted over everything.

Delivery arrived wrong time of day, morning rather than afternoon, delivery man seemed unfazed and unapologetic; he was lucky I was in at all. One of the tub of rillettes was fresh, which meant it needed to be in fridge at once. This wasn't made clear on the website. One of the items I really wanted (to go with another) was absent (presumably not available) but there was no indication on web site and I wouldn't have ordered another item if I'd known the sauce Nantua wasn't going to be with them. Would be helpful to have better stock indication and a tighter attitude to appointments.

i guess i should not have ordered potato chips. they were crammed inside a box, one bag was opened and chips everywhere. the delivery is fast but very, very expensive.

The products from French Click were as ordered. However, the packaging was terrible. The tins of vegetables were dented because they were not wrapped properly, the cardboard box was flimsy and the contents were packed with hundreds of polystyrene bobbles. Really unecological. I will not use them again.

Hi Very sorry to hear this, we need to check how it was packaged. We are also trying to use only recycled, recyclable and degradable packaging. The cardboard boxes we use are made from recycled cardboard, and can also be recycled again, as can the bubble bags. The loose fill we’re using is flo-pak green which is degradable and can also be recycled in some areas. We are also trying to source products that use less packaging for our range.
