the rillettes was probably not store in good condition or stay out too long and give an allergy. The other product was very nice.

The service is interesting and we were happy to receive all the French brand we like. The only issue is the product were damaged in the box because they were not store in a correct way.

Despite effort to pack securely we lost two yogurts, which were slashed open. One item was wrong. The individual foam pieces were very environmentally unfriendly.

Once we managed to get a delivery slot the order came on time, Undamaged (not surprising considering the amount of polystyrene used!). We were able to get our favourite French food stuffs that we had been unable to obtain due to travel restrictions.

The produce I purchased took a little to long to get here. I have since tried to re-purchase to be told no deliveries other than the London area. I did put in my daughters address (Watford) to find very high delivery charges through both the Royal Mail and DHL. Other companies are posting out to places other than London, keep that up French Click and you’ll be out of business.

Sorry to hear this. Delivery outside of London starts from £5.99 . We are at full capacity in our warehouse for shipping orders out. Unfortunately it is very difficult for us to scale up short term to deal with the extra demand caused by a combination of Covid and Christmas.

I ordered a Bresse De Poulet which I was very excited about trying. It arrived semi frozen so I gave it 24 hours and then cooked it. I usually buy organic chicken here so I was hoping with all the reviews I have read about this bird that it would be far superior. It tasted slightly different, better? Yes mind blowing? No. I was disappointed. I can only think that the freezing process took something away from it.

Arrived on time an well packaged however with only 2 weeks use by date I was disappointed, I bought it to save for Christmas but unfortunately it won't last till then. I don't remember seeing the use by dates on the product, maybe I missed that information but if its not there then I'd recommend you add it. My product has become an expensive toast topper because I'm unable to use it for the Christmas celebrations that I'd hoped for

I got excited....... then discovered I couldn't complete the order because of no delivery slots. What a waste of my time that was. At least this feels like authentic France with the lack of immediacy. Very much "Quinze jours".

The range of produce is great, and the prices are reasonable, but for smaller orders, by the time you have paid the post & delivery, it can end up being too expensive. Also, all of the products that I ordered were very close to their 'sell by dates', which was disappointing as I'd hoped to use them a little later.

Many delicious items but some details on the order were not as described for example the small La Baleine sea salt shakers turned out to be low sodium when I had ordered normal salt, another salt I ordered was described as sea salt has no indication on the packet or on the Cerebos website that it is sea salt and a whole packet of salt had lost its lid and spilt all over the rest of the box

My order was delivered on time, but only in part despite being claimed as a full shipment. Cost of missing items was refunded promptly when I complained. Pity, because they were for a birthday treat.

I love what you are offering but you have got to get your deliveries sorted out. After complaining about non-delivery I was told my goods had been delivered ( they hadn`t ) then you offered me an alternative which I declined, then 3 of my 4 original items arrived. After pointing this out you have requested a copy of my original delivery note. I`m sure we will get there in the end but c`mon guys it`s not rocket science!!!

I enjoyed being able to order food from my country without spending too much and the delivery happened on the day it was planned. However, I was disappointed to find out what was missing on the day I received the parcel; I would have liked to know via email. I had to email for a refund because I got charged the incorrect amount; the answer to my request was very quick, but I shouldn’t have had to do it. Also, so much plastic was used; it will have to remain a treat rather than main shopping.

We waited several weeks for our order. When it came it was the wrong order although the outside address was correct the contents were for another customer. Parcel was collected next day and our correct order arrived several days later. Apart from that and one item not available all was well!! Not sure if we will order again as it took several tel.calls and emails to sort the confusion. Time wasting and annoying. Please check orders before shipping.

I ordered rillettes. 6 tubs. I think they were delivered on a Tuesday. One expired the following Saturday. They were all pretty well on in their shelf lives. also, they took a long time to be sent. They were exactly as expected and delicious.
