Some of the products are bordering being out of date which is a disappointment and ended up having to throw some away.

The delivery time was very long (17 days) and the delivery charge was high (£4.99).

very happy with the goods and delivery but disappointed that the cancoillotte was not available as it was the most important item in the list for me. The other sites I used do show unavailable items as out of stock. Otherwise all ok

I placed my order mid-June and, because of the sanitary crisis, the delivery was scheduled for about 3 weeks later. I didn't mind the wait at all, though, as I live in the North of England. My order, which contained a few fresh products, was dispatched on a Friday evening from London and was scheduled to be delivered on the next morning (DPD Saturday express AM). However, DPD delivered it on the following Monday morning, and despite the ice packs, my cheese and desserts were ruined and I had to throw them away. When I took this matter to DPD, they said that all companies using their services had been made aware that Saturday AM services were mostly reserved for key workers and vulnerable people during the Covid crisis. As my order was not a necessity, it was stocked in their warehouse over the weekend, obviously not in a refrigerated area. This made me wonder why French Click chose to use DPD despite of this. That being said, the other products were all well packaged and were all there. One item was out of stock, and French click refunded me before my order was even dispatched, so I was very impressed with that. Overall, as a French person living in the UK, I was very happy to be able to get these items from home that I miss very much, and I think the pricing is good too. Good service overall, just disappointed that the Saturday morning delivery issue cost me a couple of products.

Products are authentically French! We had to have a delivery date quite a few weeks after the order (not sure if COVID-19 had anything to do with this) but it duly arrived on time. One piece of packaging was a bit soggy and looked a bit mounds, but as it was for Apericubes, which are individually wrapped, it didn’t matter!

Happy enough overall however there was an item missing but I did not receive an email notifying of this prior to delivery and have not been notified of a refund. I paid extra for a specified morning delivery but parcel force did not adhere to this, actually it was not delivered until am the following day.

The products ordered were fine, and difficult to get elsewhere. However the packaging was excessive and the box was full of hundreds of polystyrene 'beans' - very environmentally unfriendly, as well as unnecessary. Many companies use screwed-up newspaper or brown paper to protect goods in delivery, which can be recycled.

I was happy to be able to buy french product, but seriously, Hexomedine at the price you sale is discusting..need it so took it and to make my purshase worth I took 3 others Item. DELAY to be delivered is ridiculous!!!!!!!

Lovely produce all very fresh. I only gave it 3 stars because the packaging wasn't all that and sadly some of our danette pots were broken with their content spilt over our other goodies which was a bit of a shame....

Livré le 9/06 saucisse (chipolatas) expiré le 12/06 en sachant que normalement les dates d’expiration de ce genre de chose ne sont pas aussi proche, je trouve ça limite....

The choice of product is great. But the website looks like a website from the ancient time ... plus no communication what so ever about the missing items of time of delivery.

I have placed an order for the first time on the website French Click. The website design is very poor, and could be easily improved ! Then once my order received I realised that many items were missing... I haven’t been informed before I realise myself there were missing... a bit frustrating when I order on this particular website for those special product. Could have inform me the day before or suggest an equivalent instead. I cannot answer who made the delivery as I just realised that the groceries were in front of my door since I don’t know how long... the courier could have knock the door.

Hi Sorry about these missing items, we do have more stock problems than usual due to us being much busier than usual for this time of year. Normally the delivery driver should ring the bell and / or knock when they do the delivery. Though we are doing contact less so they shouldn't enter the property. Thanks Matt French Click.

I didn’t get all the items I ordered. I was charged for all. I have tried contacting them phone, email and social media. No response. Nice selection of products, weak customer service.

I love French food especially French Cheese and French Prunes. I was delighted when I found French Click as I have never found Maitre Prunille Pruneaux Geantes anywhere other than France and I stock up whenever I go. This is clearly not going to happen again for a while! My order was delivered relatively quickly. Acceptable considering the current conditions however I only received one of the packs of prunes I ordered and there was no explanation as to when the complete order would be fulfilled and I'm still waiting. So on the whole, great find, super food, but could do better on communication.

No issue with deilvery. It was a shame I couldn't add any items to my order once it had been placed, and I wasn't informed of which items had been removed ahead of delivery.
