“Expensive but good product and very good deliver services .”

“Quite a few choices of when to deliver and Parcelforce sent text stating delivery in next 90 minutes, but of course it's not cheap. Packed with biodegradable packing - impressed. Despite this 1 product was bent on corner and as outside box was immaculate then it implies that product was dropped before packing. The coffee was still sealed so no worries.”

“Products were great, good value and arrived on time. Will definitely use this site again but normal Royal Mail delivery would have been fine as it's a nuisance having to wait in for delivery.”

“Your site is fairly easy to use and your service is good. One complaint that is the delivery. For some reason the delivery man dropped my parcel off with my next door neighbour and put a note through my door. I was in especially waiting for the delivery. Wonder why??? Maybe next time I need to leave my front door open then he will know I am in!!”

“Hi you products are top quality , price is good , The only suggestion i would give is about delivery A bit inconvenient having to book all day off waiting , perhaps you can give a bit shorter waiting time limit eg from 9 to 12 or 1 to 5 Definitely a bit more work on the package need it as well but again - i do love your products”
