“Everything arrived as ordered and we're happy with the goods. The 3 areas French Click need to work on however are: 1. An updated version of their website - it's quite clunky. 2. Packaging is excessive compared to other online retailers. Of course preventing breakages is important but the items seem overwrapped. 3. The delivery man was quite rude, barely giving me time to get to the door and then shoving the parcel at me as if I had kept him waiting ages. I don't know if this is representative of all their delivery men but I could not help wonder if they were. Perhaps this is why the items are so heavily wrapped because the delivery company treat the parcels indelicately.”

“Great choice of goods as usual, love all the Christmas "goodies" just a shame that some items where not delivered and not notified that these would not be coming, but when spoke to office credit was quickly dealt with.”

“I order from French Click particularly for the Beaufort Cheese. I am very disappointed that the last three deliveries have been well below the listed weight of 600g. In each case they have been below 500g. Statistically if you claim approx. 600g then some deliveries should be over 600g. I think you owe me a free delivery of Beaufort. Also the last delivery, like a previous one was not on time. Whilst the tracking information indicated a late delivery on the due date the parcel did not arrive until the next day. This is not satisfactory with perishable products. I think I suggested to you before that you should use DPD who are much more satisfactory.”

“The cheese that I bought was well packaged and in good condition although it arrived a day late which for a food item is not desirable. Cecile was very helpful and sympathetic with my concerns and everything turned out well in the end.”

“Happily surprised to find well known French products in London in a large variety. Especially the range of gourmet delicacies that are so overpriced in other specialised shops are made affordable thus, there is no excuse not to try. The web site is informative and user friendly. The delivery of the goods was precise as predicted in the web site. Overall, it is probably the best specialised on-line market for French products which I will certainly use in the future. Bravo et a bientot!”
