“Very efficient and we were kept well-informed. The order was basically for a large quantity of St Yorre mineral water. The only problem was that, in the packaging process, each 6-bottle case had been opened - no doubt for good reasons. What this meant was that each of the 36 bottles had to be removed and stored individually. Very tedious!”

“CHEESE CAME ON TIME WELL PRESENTED AND PACKED,FIRST DISCOVERED THIS CHEESE IN FRANCE AND LOOKS VERY MUCH LIKE BRIE ,BUT THATS WHERE THE SIMILARITIES END,THIS CHEESE HAS A VERY DISTINCTIVE PLEASANT TASTE”

“Very good selection, actually excellent selection, even though a couple of items I had been looking for seemed to be out of stock, at least in the size I wanted. Delivery was good and price was not bad considering the box was relatively heavy. I would have preferred a better way of packing and keeping cool fresh stuff like cheese, it was coolish by the time it arrived with me and not sure what it would have been like had we been in the middle of summer! Would I use them agin? ABSOLUTELY......”

“Great product, and excellent delivery service. Only downside is that all the polystyrene balls used for packaging are hugely annoying - both to get the product out of and then knowing how to dispose of them in an eco friendly way.”

“Interesting and enjoyable experience. I didn't buy that much - ten bags of flour and a sirop. The flour isn't quite the classic taste I was looking for but I'm able to use it anyway, the sirop was as asked for, and the mailing service was impeccable. I shall use this service again.”

“It was good to be able to buy goods at a competitive price that in years gone by we have purchased in local French hypermarkets. We have now reached an age when we can no longer drive to the South West of France bringing back items such as tins of Confit de Canard.”

“On the negative side, the orders are often battered by the time they reach me, and once was even tampered with and had items removed, without telling me! (Only I count what I get luckily!) This is their distributor's problem, not French Click themselves, which is what takes them down from a 5 star to a 4 star rating. But when I told French Click about it, they offered simply to refund me for the missing/damaged items - this is certainly authentically French! American companies on amazon would have straight away volunteered to replace the items and send me extra items as goodwill, and this is why I drop them from 4 to 3. They did eventually offer to go some way towards this. On the plus side, where else would I get such quality produce, and they deliver it at a reasonable price as well as quickly and conveniently... actually I think I will bump them up to a 4 star again... but monitor to see whether they go to 3 or 5 in future...”
