“Very pleased with the croissants, biscuits, chocolate spread, honey, cheese and pizzas but unfortunately the sourdough loaf was very dry. The rest of the items were very good and the order was beautifully packaged and arrived on time. I would shop here again.”

“some items not available but delivered an few days later. All seems ok otherwise. The packaging is a nuisance to undo and get rid of, although I appreciate the need to avoid breakages.”

“Was very pleased with the speedy dispatch of the order. However, I was disappointed that some of the tins arrived damaged. Was the cardboard box too flimsy or should they have been wrapped? This is the only criticism I have and I am enjoying the goodies.”

“Delivery was perfect, however, it would be most helpful if it could be inserted in a solid cardboard or plastic packaging, in case it has to be left on the doorstep, as I sometimes request it, indicating this by a large notice which, your friendly driver assured me, would be respected. It was once before - in dry weather with no damage to the contents, but packets of cocoa would not be safe if it rained. The single occupant of a receiving address has sometimes to leave it, during the long period allocated to delivery.”

“I've made a number of purchases from French Click and apart from a couple of occassions when the courier company failed to deliver and the goods I purchased were unavailable at the last minute, I am very satisfied. I have spoken to the staff at French Click and found them to be very poilite, helpful and customer aware. The produce on sale is quite extensive and if like me you enjoy French meat products, veal, pork and rabbit, you can't go wrong.”

“I live some distance from any place where I can buy high quality bread, cheeses, pates, rillettes and similar goods and I use French Click regularly to fill this gap. The quality is good, the service is good (if they don't have an item you ordered they'll phone and offer an alternative or a refund). French Click fills a real gap in the market and I'd hate to be without them.”

“Really like french click. I wish they would stock some more items. I did send a query to the customer service contact email about an item I'm looking but received no response. I find the postage costs a little high but they are delivered on time. I usually arrange my deliveries to an office so a little disconcerted with my order arriving in a normal plastic bag that is easy for others to access - this is also more strange considering the high postage cost. Thanks!”

Hi Thanks for your feedback. In the London area we deliver via our own vehicles using blue bale arm boxes which contain the carrier bags with products in them. The driver will take the bale arm box back which is why you might only see the bags. This is designed for deliveries to residential / private houses & kitchens. We can also pack in to a cardboard box but you have to request it in the notes of your order. We normally reply to product enquirers once we have been able to add the items. I can't seem to find one under your email so please resend it to us at info@frenchclick.co.uk and we will do our best to add the item for you. Thanks Matthew French Click

“Your service is very good and fills a need for those of us who require certain items which are otherwise difficult or impossible to find in the UK. I would recommend that you carry more of the range of Albert Menes, or Eric Burr sauces, and generally lower the prices by 10% across the board.”

“Overall rating is good rather than very good because I found the web-site a bit difficult to navigate and had to keep going backwards and forwards deleting and re-ordering. The order was collected from your warehouse and the staff there were extremely helpful and nice. I will order again.”
