“Interesting and enjoyable experience. I didn't buy that much - ten bags of flour and a sirop. The flour isn't quite the classic taste I was looking for but I'm able to use it anyway, the sirop was as asked for, and the mailing service was impeccable. I shall use this service again.”

“It was good to be able to buy goods at a competitive price that in years gone by we have purchased in local French hypermarkets. We have now reached an age when we can no longer drive to the South West of France bringing back items such as tins of Confit de Canard.”

“On the negative side, the orders are often battered by the time they reach me, and once was even tampered with and had items removed, without telling me! (Only I count what I get luckily!) This is their distributor's problem, not French Click themselves, which is what takes them down from a 5 star to a 4 star rating. But when I told French Click about it, they offered simply to refund me for the missing/damaged items - this is certainly authentically French! American companies on amazon would have straight away volunteered to replace the items and send me extra items as goodwill, and this is why I drop them from 4 to 3. They did eventually offer to go some way towards this. On the plus side, where else would I get such quality produce, and they deliver it at a reasonable price as well as quickly and conveniently... actually I think I will bump them up to a 4 star again... but monitor to see whether they go to 3 or 5 in future...”

“This is the first time I have used French Click. Had very good communication with customer service. I was told exactly the time the item was arriving. However the wrong type was sent. Customer service were very quick to respond and send a replacement free of charge. This time the wrong weight. Have not tried the product yet. Would probably use them again.”

“A good range of French products that I can't do without having moved back from France - Grandmère brand ground coffee, North African Brik pastry and quality Auvergne cheeses. If I have a grouse it's the fact that I have to buy £50 worth of stuff as a minimum to have it delivered "north The Wash". As a result, I only buy 2 or 3 times a year. Otherwise, a good range and a good service; keep up the good work!”

“I order regularly and never had an issue on any of my deliveries. Always arrive when scheduled and I'm always informed in advance of the exact arrival of the driver. Products as described and great choice of items I could not find anywhere! The only thing I'd say about the website is that it looks a bit dated though fairly user friendly.”

“The only small critiscm I would make is that you do not make sufficient effort to describe the contents of your foods. For example I once bought some cassoulet wich turned out to contain pork. You will probably say that anybody half awake would expect this and I agree that it was my fault. Luckily I gave it all away to some friends who do not share my dislike of pork. However, some other items I really would like do not state whether or not they contain pork and as this is not made clear, I cannot order them.”
