“We can find the French products we want. Customer service is very good. But website is a bit dated and information not fully up to date, and they can't deliver certain days in our area.”

“Great choice of product at a decent price. My only criticism is that you sometimes get sent the wrong product as was the case in my last order. I ordered a verveine tea and got a verveine menthe instead.”

“Produce choice very good, service, communication around delivery all very good and arrived exactly as stated at the time promised. Two gripes that might make me consider whether I would order again: 1. two tins were very seriously dented (so badly that I was concerned whether they might have ruptured, and given no damage to the box must have been dented prior to packing/dispatch); 2. a crazy amount of packaging to have to throw away and recycle (particularly galling to have everything so well packed, but to have it dented before it was packed!) with loads of "packaging peanuts" which are a nightmare to collect and dispose of.”

“Pleased with my order , the delivery ,packing and contents were wonderful BUT would definitely be more enthusiastic about re-ordering if the delivery charge wasn't so high . Even free delivery over a set amount inside M25 would be good , not just for a very few post-codes .”

“I have not used this company before. The order arrived a day late, and was missing one item. When I contacted the company they sorted out the problem with courtesy and speed. Nonetheless I was pleased with their service and would use them again. Andy”

“User friendly website...excellent delivery service with goods ice packed. One item was damaged but this couldn't of been during transit due to excellent packaging so appears it's happened previously. Love the products I ordered and will use again.”

“Product ordered and dispatched promptly but due to their carriers negligence the product was not delivered on time and therefore, as it was perishable, was thrown in the bin when the delivery finally turned up. Once FrenchClick were informed of the problem they dealt with it very professionally and issued me with an immediate refund. The only reason I cannot give them a very good rating is that I never got to sample the product. I will however be ordering with them again.”

“Normally very happy. Website works well, delivery info and accuracy excellent. Only one small complaint. On three occasions have had replacement products. No problem with the replacements generally, but it would be nice to receive some sort of note in the carton informing me that this has been done.”

“I bought 5 x 1kg of Maison du Cafe coffee beans. Delivery prompt and quality of product good. The only downside was that the packaging seemed too much. A cardboard box filled with polystyrene chips which seemed a bit "over the top" for protecting loose packets of coffee.”
