“Very pleased with the products delivered. Two items not delivered and cost deducted. Not sure why I can order them if they are not available. Order was not delivered in the time slot booked and I had to leave so had to request it was left by the front door. Not quite sure why a slot is not a slot. But nevertheless pleased with what was delivered.”

Thanks for the feedback, happy to hear you liked the products. Unfortunately due to how our stock works there can occasionally be missing items at the last minute It looks like the delivery was 2 hours late and you have our apologies for that, we are working with DHL to get the deliveries on time and keep the delivery cost reasonable.

“A few items not available and one of the parcel arrived completely torn and opened on one side with one item on the floor as delivery was made earlier than requested and the 2 parcels were left outside my back door because I only came back home for the planned delivery time.”

“Takes longer to arrive since Brexit but if you can’t live without various French foods it is worth the wait. I think they should try out some more sustainable less plastic packing but things do arrive safely.”

We can offer paper loosefill instead of the flo pak green, please ask for it in the notes box when you order. Also please note that the flo pak green is degradable in the natural environment and can be recycled at supermarket points.

“The produce and service is fine. What’s wrong is that you often can’t fill the order because of items out of stock, so one receives some ingredients for a particular dish, but not others. It would be better if you indicated when ordering if an item is out of stock: the customer can then consider an alternative.”

Thanks for the feedback. Sorry to hear you missed items for a dish. Unfortunately there can be last minute issues with stock for some items due to the number of different products we do and the nature of the supply chain. What you can do is put in the notes box you absolutely want substitutes or for us to wait until we have everything in the order before we ship it.

“It’s great to be able to order French food favourites in the UK. Cheaper options for delivery would be good especially when you are not in a hurry and it’s food that doesn’t need to be refrigerated”

“Goods arrived safely and promptly. My only criticism was that I had difficulty finding the Leisure Olive oil and Lemon salade sauce in the main section - it was in the manufacturer's section.”

“A very good range of favourite French products (some of which are now available in UK supermarkets, so do your research). The prices are reasonable considering that you'd have to fly over to bring some back yourself from your holidays or work trip, so it's worth it. A few problems with dispatching the wrong items sometimes, but always resolved quickly.”

“Overall pleased with products. Only downfall is sometimes the expiry date is short which means some get thrown away. For the price, it's disheartening. But overall pleased as get good french stuff from them and fast delivery too, they are very kind. 😊....merci”

“I’ve been buying products on French click for a number of years now and I’ve always been very happy with the service and products lately but the delivery service lack a bit as I had to wait all day for my last delivery that was due to arrive by 12.30pm on a Saturday and didn’t arrive till past 7pm. Didn’t even receive an email or text message to let me know that my delivery would be very late that day. I hope French click will sort this out as it is very frustrating to keep waiting not knowing if it will arrive!”

Very sorry about this delivery delay. The driver had some major traffic problems on this route due to a tunnel being closed. We are working very hard to get the London deliveries in the slots as they should be.
