“My first purchase from French Click went well. We used to travel to France quite a lot until we sold our house in Les Deux Sevres on Valentines Day 2019 and since then we have had Covid. I particularly like a certain type of Maggi Chicken Stock Cube and was delighted to be able to buy this from French Click. Ordering was easy and delivery occured on our chosen date. Will definitely use French Click again.”

“Products are very good. They managed to deliver three parcels intended for three different people to one address because of a very poor computer ordering system . Make sure you enter the recipient's address before placing an order!”

“While I was pleased that Frech Click sold a product that I sorely miss from my time living in France, I was greatly frustrated by the ordering process. I had to wait several weeks to place my order because a delivery slot wasn't available. Aftewards, I had to wait several more weeks for the order to arrive. As my order was a shelf-stable, dried-goods, I don't understand why it couldn't be packed and shipped by mail when I wanted to order it. If I could find another vendor in the UK with this product at a reasonable price, I certainly wouldn't have ordered from French Click. Please fix your delivery process!!”

Very sorry about this. We're just very busy due to the Covid crisis, our warehouse is working at full capacity and we process orders on the basis of first received first out.

“We ordered food from French Click as a gift for someone . They said the food was good and they enjoyed it , and it was a nice treat to have been given . Our only negative is that the parcel was delivered to the wrong address and left on the doorstep . Luckily the people there took it to the correct street and house . We informed French Click who took it up with the delivery company .”

“Très bon choix, varié. Beaucoup de produits disponibles... Quelques soucis lors de la livraison (bouteille en verre cassée, pots de confiture ouverts) mais bon retour de French Click qui rembourse sans discuter. J'attends une deuxième livraison pour me faire un avis définitif.”

“Products were as described, unfortunately some of the items I've ordered were not in the packaging despite being available on the website. Other than that, products were packed in very well and delivered promptly despite covid. Thank you very much, I shall order again soon.”
