“Amazing selection of products with everything I wanted. Prices are quite reasonable and it all arrived exactly when they said and well packed. If I can’t get to France soon I’ll be ordering again.”

“Thank you for your delivery. I am pleased that I still have a way of buying Bonne Mamon gelees and other items. Most of them arrived safely but the lardons were torn open due to the heavy packaging around them. I do not like the large amount of non-recyclable packaging. The food was good and we enjoyed a proper French meal for my husband's birthday! Merci beaucoup.”

“The driver was friendly and on time. A couples of days prior the delivery day, I received a refund which was for a non-available item. From the online ordering to the delivery the whole process was very easy to complete. I will be ordering again.”

“We ordered a selection of goodies (chilled and ambient) so that we could spend a weekend pretending we were in France rather than stuck in the UK. There is a good selection to choose from and prices are reasonable given the costs associated with imports from the EU post Brexit. Delivery was as promised, by DPD, who are very reliable for our rural location. The inner packaging was not as good as it might have been and unfortunately some products were damaged. This seemed to have happened at the time of packing rather than in transit as the outer carton was pristine. French Click responded very quickly and immediately issued a refund for the damaged goods. Very good service overall and the small problem we had with our parcel was very quickly resolved. Would definitely use again and recommend to friends.”

“Having spent many years living in France one realises that you oddly cannot find a decent Merguez sausage in the UK. French click fixed this problem! really good authentic Merguez and really good authentic Toulouse sausages delivered to my door and the freezer is stocked up. Will order again... only negative is that 7 days was the soonest delivery so you need to plan ahead”

Very sorry about this. The order was originally in December and there was a stock problem with the item. We were then going to resend it when you contacted us. It seems to have been refunded for no apparent reason. We are investigating why this happened as it's a mistake.

“First time for me with French click. A very good selection of French food but I ordered some yogurts and despite them being well packed, I had to throw away 6 yaourts (and they not cheap) as they were damaged and l leaked everywhere. What a shame!!”

“My delivery from French Click arrived several days late (despite having booked a specific delivery slot) - and no one from the company got in touch with me at any point to let me know what was going on. When the delivery randomly arrived, there were items missing - which I was not informed about and had been charged for. I received a refund after contacting their customer service but all in all, not a good customer experience and I would unfortunately not recommend.”

Very sorry to hear that. It seems the driver ran out of time in the PM slot on the original delivery. You should have been contacted to sort out a re-delivery as soon as this occurred. It seems this was not done and can only apologise for that.
