“Good selection of products but desirable service improvements such as - possibility to amend the order up to 24h or 48h before delivery - availability of a 'my favorites' section including previously ordered items.”

Thanks for the feedback. We will certainly look at those improvements about editing before delivery, we do have the frequently ordered item express list, though you have to enter individual product pages to add items to it. You can also reorder everything from a prior order from the order history page in the your account section of the website.

“Website is rather clunky and hard to use, you could easily improve your conversion rates and customer experience by improving it. The products I ordered were delivered as described and on time so I cannot fault them on that.”
