“Delivery was nearly four hours late. No communication from French click though I tried to call over six times and also sent a message via Contact us. Very, very disappointed!”

Very sorry about this late delivery. The driver on Saturday had a long route and additionally there was an error resulting extra miles being done which shouldn't have been. We are working very hard to get all the deliveries on time in London and to make sure such a long delay doesn't happen again.

“Placed and order for Raclette cheese, got a paid nominated day delivery with was last Friday as we had friend coming for dinner to enjoyed a raclette. we are today Monday 11th of March and I still don't know where my order is? I have email, call 8 times, still no answer. I have try to contact them again, but the phone just keep ringing, no one to respond to the calls. unacceptable to leave customer in this situation, but most not be bothered to see where their products are going, as clearly they would have notice that the food hasn't been delivered. I am still looking for someone to reach out to me from French click.”

Very sorry about this, our driver came to the location to do the delivery but has returned the order back to the warehouse. We will investigate why this happened. Usually they should also call you if there is any problem on the delivery.

“I ordered choucroute for Mother’s Day, plus Montbéliard sausages and mustard. I was notified two days prior that the choucroute had not arrived from France…. I wrote that I would try to get the choucroute somewhere else, but I really needed the sausages and the mustard. On the day of my delivery, the day before Mother’s Day, NOTHING was delivered. I had 4 mums, my daughter and daughters in law coming for that special lunch. I had to scramble to try to replace the undelivered food. I tried to contact French Click but nobody there to answer the phone. I find it absolutely unacceptable to treat customers that way. So beware of delivery problems, many unavailable items,and poor customer service it seems.”

Very sorry about this, it seems customer service did not see your email reply in time to get the delivery out for Saturday. There was a temporary stock problem with the Choucroute Royale, we could have delivered the other two items though. We will look at our procedures to make sure this doesn't happen again.

“Products were perfect. However, they sent me an email to inform me my delivery would be delayed because of missing products, and then proceeded to deliver them three days earlier without telling me. Luckily I was home. The delivery person was also very annoyed I used a French number for my order ( the website let me use a French number and I assumed they could call French numbers from their uk number, because I can.) I usually only leave positive reviews but I didn’t feel like a client here, more like a nuisance to them.”

Sorry about this communication issue. There were other deliveries in your area on Saturday so the delivery was put for then, you should have been told about this first, this was a mistake. The office can contact you on a French number fine, the delivery drivers can do via what's app or other data based service but not directly from the phone.

“Great. Delivered in a few days. All products well wrapped ( fermiere yoghurt cold and ceramic pots protected). Good prices, all items revieved. Delivered in time with good communication. 10/10. Am about to order again.”

“Always a please to do business with French Click! I am unable to get French Butter here in the US and they always have my favorite brand. Such a treat when it arrives! Only one little comment- maybe more ice packs or insulated box- the few ice packs were pretty much thawed. Thank you, M”
