Very sorry about the delay in the order, it has been shipped and it's out for delivery today. You should receive updates from DPD local with the delivery time window.

“Great products! The only issue was that only 3 out of 4 selected items arrived. The shipping sheet showed that one of the items was not picked. Would have been good for someone to let me know ahead of time along with a refund notification .”

“French Click has the special peas that I love, they always send them as sone as possible. They also have other european foods that I just have to have.”

Very sorry about this. It's due to the time of year, customer service is very, very busy. They're answering emails first to avoid duplication with emails and phone calls for the same orders. Please email sales@frenchclick.com with your order number as the subject or try on the phone in the afternoon.
