“Super fast delivery. Great choice of products reasonably priced. My only mistake is to have ordered biscottes and yogurts at the time: the biscottes boxes were all wet from the ice packs to keep the yogurts cold, and the biscottes were all smashed inside certainly due to transportation... But I will definitely order again!! Love french products!”

“I am french, so of course when I saw a french website who delivers foods I want to try ! Large choices. I am happy with my delivery. Just one thing where I was a little bit disappointed. It’s about one product missing and no refund was proposed...”

“Order arrived one item short with no explanation. Called them and they explained so no problem but would prefer to have been kept informed . Otherwise very happy with the service and will use again”

“I was so pleased to find this! The delivery to outer-London postcodes is a bit confusing though. The website said that it would be free delivery, with a choice of time slot, but this wasn’t an option at check out. I ended up emailing to ask, and while the delivery fee for the parcelforce option I had picked was refunded, I wasn’t offered a narrower choice of time slot than 09:00 - 17:30. Fortunately I was in when the (non parcelforce) delivery arrived.”

“Very good service and friendly team it is just a shame I received 1 product different from the one ordered. ( Apericube "Saveurs des Supporters" 4 Fromages, Poulet, Tomate, Olive (x48) 250g instead of Apericube Best of Des Saveurs (Emmental Gratine, Jambon cru, Bleu, Poulet Grille) (x48) 250g) other than that e erything was ok.”

“Love French click, my husband is French and have previously had food sent from family so this is a much more convenient way to receive a taste of home. Only issue I ordered La Belle chaurienne saucisses toulouse aux lentilles but received Raynal & Roquelaure instead.”

“It's thanks to India Knight's column in the Sunday Times that I heard about you... what a find... Le Petit Marseillais range really does smell of holidays and I have stocked up on cleaning products that have a dramatically nicer scent than British ones. The only reason I didn't give you a very good was the amount of polystyrene chips included in the box that I have now got to find a way of disposing of. Can you find a more environmentally friendly way of packaging your items?”

Hi Thank you for your feedback. We are always working to reduce our packaging. The flo pak green loose we use is degradable and can be recycled in some areas. We are also looking at other kinds of protective packaging. Kind regards, Matt French Click
