“I was really impressed with the packaging and also the fact that all the fresh food where not our if date (it happened to me when I tried another website and everything arrived already one to two days after the recommended date...). Only thing, I am missing a conditioner and I have no news if I will have a refund or if it's coming in the next few days ... So good website but can co better!”

“Other than having to reschedule a delivery because of a faulty delivery van (the only reason for not awarding 5*), I was very happy with the service, the packaging, and the products.”

“I have nothing but praise for French Click. They do their part extremely well with fast dispatch and everything properly packed to survive the journey to me. Unfortunately, they are let down by their couriers who rarely (almost never) get my order to me on time. It is so bad I have stopped using FC as much as I used to.”

“The frozen chiller squares were not accurately cut, and so leaked inside the packaging, weakening the box, and causing several issues. Just cut the squares neatly, to prevent damaging my produce. Thank you.”

Please do note that flo pak green loosefill is degradable in the natural environment and can be recycled at supermarket points. The boxes are also made from recycled material and can be recycled again.

Thanks for your feedback. We are now using paper packaging loose fill on orders without fresh or glass items. We'll look in to why the flo pak green was used as it shouldn't have been. Please do also note that the flo pak green is degradable in the natural environment and it can be recycled at supermarket stations. “Parcel arrived in time . No oysters on the delivery only been notified by PayPal the day before . No communication from French Click . I understand that you may have some problem with your supplier but an email as soon as you no would have been nice. Regards”
