“Delivery within the time frame however, when delivering French cheeses I would advise giving high priority. To be at home for the delivery we choosed 18.30 to 22.30 which is quite large (too large). The delivery happened to be at 22.15 and part of the cheese was melted! Otherwise, it is not my first time ordering with FRench Click and I like the diversity of their products. The team is friendly and willingto help. Thank you”

Thanks for the feedback and 4 star rating. For the delivery in London the order should be in a chilled vehicle so it would be unusual to have a melted cheese. Please send pictures to customerservice@frenchclick.com and we can replace / refund for you. We are trying to keep the delivery slots as small as possible and make sure that the delivery is in the time. If you need a more accurate time, please email or call us on the day of the delivery and we'll be able to sort this for you.

“I think customer service is very good, the products are great and delivered on time. Price is a bit too expensive though, great to have the discount , the items are often damaged by delivery guys , and sometimes the packing is not at the top, although better now, or I receive something I did not order but customer service always reimburse promptly if I send photos, hence my reordering, often. Thank you French click”

“All of my items were supplied with the exception of 2 fresh items of white asparagus and artichoke. I did not receive notice of this, which I suggest needs to be rectified. Document in the good packaging box was the picking list and not an ammended invoice. Refunds were given for my lack of entering a discount password and for the two missing items which shows very good accountablity and the delivery was done on the agreed date and time period. I will be ordering again in the future.”

“French Click is an interesting website giving access to French products some of which are difficult to find elsewhere. Their service is generally good but they are excessive with their packaging - who needs a whole load of styrofoam pellets for a package containing stock cubes and a packet of herbs!”

“Great company, great product choice and fast delivery. The only reason I give 4 stars is because of the horrible foam packaging used in the box to secure the items - please change it to something more environmentally friendly. Thanks”

“The products I received were in good order and there was plenty of online choice. What upset me was the huge box of styrofoam pellets that was used to protect the goods, there are more eco friendly alternatives”

Thanks for the feedback and sorry to hear this re the packaging. The flo pak green loose fill is degradable and can be recycled at supermarket points. The reason we use it is the survivability of packages with certain kinds of items, especially the tins and glass items. We do also use paper loosefill with less fragile items. “Good selection of products but desirable service improvements such as - possibility to amend the order up to 24h or 48h before delivery - availability of a 'my favorites' section including previously ordered items.”

Thanks for the feedback. We will certainly look at those improvements about editing before delivery, we do have the frequently ordered item express list, though you have to enter individual product pages to add items to it. You can also reorder everything from a prior order from the order history page in the your account section of the website.

Fuel price increases and other inflation have pushed up the cost of trans Atlantic air freight quite a lot unfortunately.

“I was really impressed with the packaging and also the fact that all the fresh food where not our if date (it happened to me when I tried another website and everything arrived already one to two days after the recommended date...). Only thing, I am missing a conditioner and I have no news if I will have a refund or if it's coming in the next few days ... So good website but can co better!”

“I have nothing but praise for French Click. They do their part extremely well with fast dispatch and everything properly packed to survive the journey to me. Unfortunately, they are let down by their couriers who rarely (almost never) get my order to me on time. It is so bad I have stopped using FC as much as I used to.”
