“Normally goods arrive within a week. However this time we ordered on 24 Oct and as we did not receive it in the normal time we chased it up. To be fair customer services acted very quickly,and eventually we have received it today 11th Nov . We love the quality of the goods, and as this is the first time in several years of ordering that we have had a problem, it will not stop us from continuing with them”

“Good french products. Delivery was quick. Only downside was the ton of polystyrene non compostable or dissolvable to secure the goods in the box. If it was more eco-friendly I will give it a five star.”

Thanks for the feedback and 4 star rating. We're very happy the delivery was quick. For orders with heavy damageable items we do use flo pak green loosfill. Please do note that it is degradable and it can be recycled at supermarket recycling points. “Food is great. Delivery as promised. Just two little issues. Wrote an email requesting information on a product - no reply. Also, please please do not ask DPD to send texts late at night about the delivery. 10.30pm, waking self and wife. really do not need to know that delivery is coming next day!”

“Always pleased with the goods I receive and the way I am kept informed of delivery time. However this time I was disappointed with the short use by dates of the Peltier Brioche Toasts. I frequently order them and it has never been a problem before”

“Good selection of French food that normally cannot be bought in the uk. Only criticism is the prices are very high. Cassoulet is over twice the price as it is in France for instance.”
