“User friendly website...excellent delivery service with goods ice packed. One item was damaged but this couldn't of been during transit due to excellent packaging so appears it's happened previously. Love the products I ordered and will use again.”

“Product ordered and dispatched promptly but due to their carriers negligence the product was not delivered on time and therefore, as it was perishable, was thrown in the bin when the delivery finally turned up. Once FrenchClick were informed of the problem they dealt with it very professionally and issued me with an immediate refund. The only reason I cannot give them a very good rating is that I never got to sample the product. I will however be ordering with them again.”

“Normally very happy. Website works well, delivery info and accuracy excellent. Only one small complaint. On three occasions have had replacement products. No problem with the replacements generally, but it would be nice to receive some sort of note in the carton informing me that this has been done.”

“I bought 5 x 1kg of Maison du Cafe coffee beans. Delivery prompt and quality of product good. The only downside was that the packaging seemed too much. A cardboard box filled with polystyrene chips which seemed a bit "over the top" for protecting loose packets of coffee.”

“Very pleased with the croissants, biscuits, chocolate spread, honey, cheese and pizzas but unfortunately the sourdough loaf was very dry. The rest of the items were very good and the order was beautifully packaged and arrived on time. I would shop here again.”

“Was very pleased with the speedy dispatch of the order. However, I was disappointed that some of the tins arrived damaged. Was the cardboard box too flimsy or should they have been wrapped? This is the only criticism I have and I am enjoying the goodies.”

“Delivery was perfect, however, it would be most helpful if it could be inserted in a solid cardboard or plastic packaging, in case it has to be left on the doorstep, as I sometimes request it, indicating this by a large notice which, your friendly driver assured me, would be respected. It was once before - in dry weather with no damage to the contents, but packets of cocoa would not be safe if it rained. The single occupant of a receiving address has sometimes to leave it, during the long period allocated to delivery.”

“I've made a number of purchases from French Click and apart from a couple of occassions when the courier company failed to deliver and the goods I purchased were unavailable at the last minute, I am very satisfied. I have spoken to the staff at French Click and found them to be very poilite, helpful and customer aware. The produce on sale is quite extensive and if like me you enjoy French meat products, veal, pork and rabbit, you can't go wrong.”

“I live some distance from any place where I can buy high quality bread, cheeses, pates, rillettes and similar goods and I use French Click regularly to fill this gap. The quality is good, the service is good (if they don't have an item you ordered they'll phone and offer an alternative or a refund). French Click fills a real gap in the market and I'd hate to be without them.”
