“Package was delayed by one working day but this was not an issue as French Click kept me fully informed by e-mail and specified accurately the delivery date and time, which was particularly useful. Mayonnaise in glass jars was very well protected and wrapped.”

“Good services! Good quality! Wide range of products! However, few negatives points: - On the website, it is said that the delivery is free from 30£ ordered, which is NOT TRUE! They certainly haven't programmed their website very well because everytime, the delivery is free only from 35£... - When you have a missing item during the delivery (meaning they are out of stock...), they never inform you. You always have to contact them in order to make them know about it and ask for a refund or a reduction on your next order.... They could, at least, send you an email to inform you about it... - Even if you choose the delivery time slot, the hour when you are effectively delivered is not always accurate... (sometimes way too much earlier, sometimes very late)”

Hi Thanks for your review. We will certainly look in to the issues raised and see if we can improve. Delivery is free over £35 in our London area. Please let us know where you have seen it as £30 and we will fix it. Thanks Matthew French Click

“The products were exactly what I wanted. However, three small, robust metal containers came in a box about 14 inches square, entirely filled with expanded polystyrene balls. These are not recyclable at all and were, in my view, entirely unnecessary. The contents could easily have come in a large envelope or small box with a litttle bit of bubble wrap. I do not like buying from companies who do not take recycling and the environment seriously.”

Hi Thanks for your feedback and comments. It does seem the packaging on your order was bit overkill given the contents. We do try hard to make sure orders arrive in one piece. We will look in to different ways of packaging this type of order to see if we can do it with less packaging and improve our environmental footprint for the future. “Really good choice, simple website, good deliveries options. My only criticism would be that the sell-by dates for products such as yogurts and pre-packed sale stuff (macédoine, etc) should give more time to consume these products, taking into account the few days it takes to deliver + the fact that they can be found with longer sell-by dates in French supermarkets. Also, I did have one smashed yogurt this time round (better than last time when it was four...) so maybe the packing could do with some re-thinking.”

“Delivered on Time I do not recall that the fact that the full order was not available, was communicated to me. However, amount (for items not delivered) was refunded even before delivery, via paypal.”

“Would be very good but for 1 jar of jam, where we fortunately noticed the vacuum seal indicator on the lid was in the up position, and further inspection showed mould on the inside. However, this was probably the fault of the manufacturer.”

“I mainly buy the Salty butter from Click French, both my Husband and myself absolutely love the stuff,It's rich,creamy salty and spreads easily, we use it in cooking and on bread,crackers ect. We have bought other things from them,Rillette,Jam and home baking Croissants,which have all been excellent, I find the delivery a bit steep, so tend to order all I need in one go to justify the expense,the orders arrive well packed with little freezer pockets to keep the produce lovely and fresh.”
