“Easy to order, but our meat product when it arrived was not as cool as it should have been as the ice pack protector was not large enough and was already defrosting. We took the temperature of the product when it arrived and it was much warmer that it should have been. When my husband called French click to ask for advice he was told ‘I think it should be alright’. He was advised to put it in the fridge and try it the next day, and if it smelt ok it should be safe. We did that and we are ok but not sure we will purchase anymore meat products.”

“Excellent service but concerned about the use of polystyrene packaging. French click should consider moving to entirely recyclable products and discontinue single-use plastic packaging. We need companies and industry to lead the way, respond to consumer pressure and contribute to improving our environment. Take a moral lead!”

“I ordered from French Click because I spent November 2017 in Brittany and learnt there are a lot more flavours to jams, and types of cheese, than ever reach British supermarket shelves. And 1848 leaves a real chocolate sludge in the bottom of the mug. Here they all are!”

“It's thanks to India Knight's column in the Sunday Times that I heard about you... what a find... Le Petit Marseillais range really does smell of holidays and I have stocked up on cleaning products that have a dramatically nicer scent than British ones. The only reason I didn't give you a very good was the amount of polystyrene chips included in the box that I have now got to find a way of disposing of. Can you find a more environmentally friendly way of packaging your items?”

Hi Thank you for your feedback. We are always working to reduce our packaging. The flo pak green loose we use is degradable and can be recycled in some areas. We are also looking at other kinds of protective packaging. Kind regards, Matt French Click
