“This company is first class. The items I ordered arrived on time, as promised, and were beautifully packed, no likelihood of being damaged in transit. Will certainly use this company in the future.”

“I was told the order would arrive Saturday 12th May. So I waited in and it never came. I then received notification DPD that it would arrive Tuesday as I was away I left a message to say leave with a neighbour who I then phoned as I was away to unpack and put the cheese in the fridge. This didn’t happen so I had to arrange to collect by the time I got the package the cheese had to be thrown away. The rest of the order was fine. I am struggling to understand why the order took 7 days to arrive from date of order. I eventually got the order 9 days after the original order date”

“I Order came quickly but one item missing. Money refund ed but why couldn't you send missing item later.It was 3sm all tins which are more useful than the big jars.”

“As a French person living in London since 10 years I was so happy to come across this website. I've heard about it and went on the website few years ago but though prices were quite high. I got an email few days ago offering 20% off for the first order and decided to give it a shot. Booking a slot for delivery was 3-5 days, I've ordered on Monday and booked a slot for the following Saturday so I was gonna be home to receive the order. It all went smooth except that I wish FrenchClick would have sent an email on the day saying the driver was on his way, even though I got an email confirming the order and booking slot. The products were fantastic and reminded me of my childhood. Will definitely order again and regularly from FrenchClick.”
