“The order was fine, well packaged and fresh, except that I only received three of the four pots of cancoillotte I had ordered. Parcelforce however, declined to deliver it in the specified morning slot and when I queried where my package was I was told that it had 'missed its driver' and wouldn't be delivered, because they had a 'backlog'. I had to drive an hour to fetch my parcel on the day it should have been delivered. I realise that French Click is not to blame for Parcelforce's failures, but be aware that employing the UK's most notoriously useless delivery company is not a great way of keeping customers happy.”

“Love French click, my husband is French and have previously had food sent from family so this is a much more convenient way to receive a taste of home. Only issue I ordered La Belle chaurienne saucisses toulouse aux lentilles but received Raynal & Roquelaure instead.”

“Excellent service from French Click. We have been able to buy some of the things we enjoyed in France but cannot buy in England. Quick delivery, very well packed and everything in good order. Definitely to be recommended.”

“The products I bought were all brands known to me and should be good. Delivery on 10th August was over 90 minutes after the agreed time slot, which meant I had to cancel a lunch date. When I phoned to ask what was happening, was told there was no way of contacting the driver except by text. They would get back to me. They didn't. Also, one item couldn't be delivered, was told my credit card would be credited. Still hasn't happened after a week. Not impressed, not sure I will use again. Several of the items I bought are available through other sources.”

“Great website with lots of choice. And great service ! One of the product on our order was out of stock and they called to say when it was coming back and the delivery arrived completed 2 days only after the initial delivery was due !”
