“Excellent service from Frenchclick. However, the same cannot be said for their courier, Parcelforce. They left cards at the house on 3 consecutive days when there were people in the house who would have answered to a loud knock. When I went to collect the receptionist ignored me on arrival until he had finished what he was doing, then asked me very rudely why I ordered things from the internet if noone answered the door. Then he tore up the cards and nearly didn’t give them back (the parcel was not back from the delivery round). Then he refused to say to his superiors that it would be a good idea if there was an option to leave in a safe place if the buyer took responsibility for any loss. He was extremely rude about Parcelforce’s competition but was not prepared to put forward a customer suggestion. Please don’t use Parcelforce again!”

“Great products but delivery was a day late and so missed the occasion and caused difficulties with collection. FrenchClick did refund the postage element which was good, but overall still poor.”

“Lots of nice products to choose from, I bought shower gels and detergent. Very happy with everything apart from the huge quantities of polystyrene lozenges used for packaging. I felt terrible putting all that plastic waste straight into the bin, especially when corn based versions are widely available. I haven’t seen the polystyrene versions for years actually. This is the only thing that would put me off re-ordering as everything else was great.”

“I ordered a range of products: body wash, hand wash, deodorant and washing detergent. All were reasonably priced but, importantly, they were in a range of fragrances not usually found in my local supermarket. I particularly like the Almond blossom scented Persil. Good packaging and good price. I will order again.”

“Just had my first delivery of goods from French Click after a couple of people online (twitter) had recommended the products. One of them particularly praised the gorgeous scents - apricot, pine, vetiver - of the bath products and this made me want to check them out for myself. I ordered a few bits and pieces and was not disappointed. My own bit of the South of France in London. I’ll definitely order again 👌🏼”
