“The delivery is vastly improved with DPD. I was almost at the point of not ordering from you again having had a very poor service from Parcel Force previously. It is a great advantage to have a defined and traceable delivery time with DPD. My main reason for ordering from you is the Beaufort cheese. This last delivery was 530 grams, and the previous one under 500 grams. Your website states approx. 600 grams, so I would expect that some deliveries would be over 600 grams and some under. We also particularly like the tinned duck.”

“They biscuits arrived intact and well wrapped. I have not eaten them yet so cannot say whether they are crisp and fresh. Just one objection: the plastic void fill used to shield the packets is always a nuisance for its difficulty to collect, throw away and its inherent static electricity .”

“The overall service is fairly good. My concerns are the logistics from French Click to my front door. The usage of the ice pack is a good idea, but by the time the package arrived, it had completely melted, was beginning to leak and the food had warmed a little. With it being cheese and meat and a fairly warm day, how long would it have been before the products were spoiled. Using Express 24 is ok, but using a refrigerated logistics firm would be a better option I think. Besides all that the service is a little expensive, but a lot cheaper than a train or air ticket.”

“Would have been better if the address had been correct! My parcel went to the wrong house, but there was no-one in so it had to be delivered the following day after a telephone call by me to the delivery company. Apart from that we were pleased again with the French coffee.”

“The delivery was very good and organised ! The products was what I was expecting but some of my orders where changed to a different product due to a lack of availability with out my knowledge which I wasn't happy about!!!!! Other than that very good service”

“Package was delayed by one working day but this was not an issue as French Click kept me fully informed by e-mail and specified accurately the delivery date and time, which was particularly useful. Mayonnaise in glass jars was very well protected and wrapped.”

“Good services! Good quality! Wide range of products! However, few negatives points: - On the website, it is said that the delivery is free from 30£ ordered, which is NOT TRUE! They certainly haven't programmed their website very well because everytime, the delivery is free only from 35£... - When you have a missing item during the delivery (meaning they are out of stock...), they never inform you. You always have to contact them in order to make them know about it and ask for a refund or a reduction on your next order.... They could, at least, send you an email to inform you about it... - Even if you choose the delivery time slot, the hour when you are effectively delivered is not always accurate... (sometimes way too much earlier, sometimes very late)”

Hi Thanks for your review. We will certainly look in to the issues raised and see if we can improve. Delivery is free over £35 in our London area. Please let us know where you have seen it as £30 and we will fix it. Thanks Matthew French Click
