“Frissee & Escarole not quite up to your usual standard. I had also cause to draw your attention to the weight of your packs of Beaufort Cheese which are nominally 600 gms, & one of the ones that I received weighed 489 gms. I was refunded the difference & have no complaint as to how the issue was handled. I like French Click! Just wish that you'd turn your attention to making available some decent French Wine..............!”

“The product was exactly what I wanted...high quality drinking chocolate and the delivery in particular was very impressive. It arrived almost to the minute when we had been told and I was interested that I could follow the route of the delivery driver on a street map. Delivery charge was a bit higher than I expected but I suppose if you want quality you have to pay for it!”

“I have used French Click from time to time for several years and found their service very good although the last delivery was a bit out of the time they gave to me, but its with traffic permitting ! Good quality jams yogurt and cheese I have purchased from them. Ruth Hall.”

“If you like French food then this is the place to be. Extensive selection and prompt attention to all orders given. Pity the postage is so high but then if you want quality food you have to pay for it.”

“Frenchclick is a very good place to find French food in London. Nice people and good delivery slots. I have been with them for years and they have never been late. Maybe they could offer more products, but to be fair, they have also increased the range quite frequently.”

“Delivery was quick and efficient as stated with a delivery window down to 1 hour, which is excellent. One product supplied was a substitute, supplied without reference, which is not totally satisfactory.”

“One of my products was out of stock but I received a call to advise me of this and that my delivery would be delayed. That is great customer service in my opinion. Great to be able to buy some of those great French products when you run out without having to travel to France. Well done”

“I love my food and it is great to be able to get French products. The website is very easy to use and the food is overall of good quality. Some goods were damaged during shipping but the customer service is good and they give you the money back or replace the product without questions. Thanks to French Click and it's staff.”

“The delivery of my order was very prompt. The delivery person found my notice to leave the parcel on the doorstep, and did so, to my great relief: I did not have to wait for another delivery or collect the parcel from some far-away location. The three packets of cocoa could have been better packed, with a more secure wrapping that a flimsy plastic bag, unsealed.”

“Ordering and delivery can not fault especially texts to inform me of when parcel would be delivered to actual;y within the hours - very impressive. Unfortunately the item alhtough well packed was broken. Too late to order a replacement”

“They have the things I want--mostly Poilane bread, rillettes, pate, cheeses--and can't get in the rural area distant from London where I live. Quality is good, delivery is good and on those few occasions when they've been out of stock of one of the items on my order they've credited my account before I knew I didn't have the item.”

“Parcel arrived very early in the morning-probably before 7am.In view of the fact that I was expecting gourmet products I was a little dismayed to find package pushed over fence onto dustbin.However it was beautifully packed and I look forward to tasting the contents.Sheila.”
