“Very pleased with what I ordered. Thank you. The only thing I would appreciate would be confirmation of delivery the night before or be warned of any major delays due to traffic for instance on the delivery day.”

“I love being able to buy from the huge range offered. I can understand that it's difficult at the moment, which led to a delay because of the temporary unavailability of Poilane bread. But I wasn't told that the olive oil I'd ordered wasn't available - I would have liked the option to buy another brand. I will nevertheless be returning soon!”

“Delivery came on schedule and packed very well. I also think your prices are fair and it’s a nice selection of goods. I did struggle to get a slot for delivery in December, but I’m putting that down to the Christmas rush! Thank you”

“I'm glad that I found this online shop as I really miss a lot of the French products that my wife and I used to buy when we were living there. Just a pity that we live too far away to enjoy the fresh produce. I found that the delivery time is a wee bit long but I understand in the Covid affected times. Also there were two items missing from the delivery but they reimbursed me tout-de-suite ! I will definetely be buying from here again.”

“First time ordering with Frenchclick, I was really impressed with the packing and delivery. Products' expiry dates gave plenty of time, and being French myself it was really nice to be able to access products I couldn't find anywhere else in England. Only thing was that I had to ask for a refund for items that were unavailable for delivery and would have preferred for it to be automatic, but the refund came quite soon after claim was made. I would definitely recommend it and will myself order again in the future.”

“Large catalogue of products not easily obtainable in the UK. Products entirely satisfactory but items ordered sometimes prove to be out of stock. Delivery time a bit long but delivery came on date and in time slot promised. Friendly delivery drivers.”
