“great products prompt delivery in a well packaged chilled box. date on one item could have been better it was to be used day of delivery but we had it for tea so all good would have been 5 stars otherwise”

“Very pleased to have found frenchclick...I like the Chateldon water! Prompt delivery and although didn't receive the baguettes (they come from France!), this was deducted and I was advised could leave note requesting change of delivery to match baguette availability...something the French make so much better!”

“Delivery on time and products fresh and lovely. Too bad I wasn't advised prior to the delivery that one item was not in stock / I only realised once I unpacked everything.”

“I like that they offer a big variety of French products, that I don’t get to buy in England, but some items weren’t in stock on the day of my delivery so I was a bit disappointed about that. In general, I will place an order with Frenchclick again”

“Please inform customers about the opening hours of the warehouse in case the collection option is selected during the payment process. This way the customer will be able to know if he can collect his order or not. Thanks, Eugenio”

“Ordered 2 weeks before wanting the order delivered and although it arrived on the day I requested I had to email to check that the delivery was being made as I received no notification that the order had been sent out. In addition I was a little disappointed that one of the cheeses (President Brie) only had 8 days left until its sell by date, this cheese type can have a much longer lead time. The cheeses I ordered were for a gift hamper but the short date means it will not be able to be given.”

“The actual products were fine, but I was annoyed that I paid £4 delivery and took the day off work for the person to not even turn up and to instead drop it at a local post office which I then still couldn’t collect because I didn’t have the card to say it was my parcel. Was disappointing especially when you’ve taken the day off work.”

“Well packaged, cold goods. Will use again. Just a shame that parcelforce delivery system was so poor. (The driver didn’t have enough driving hours to get to me despite being given a time and waiting in) Nearly had a consignment of wasted goods as they did not factor in that order was perishable.”

“I had an issue with delivery so had to contact French Click who told me that the delivery company would advise me of an hour time slot for delivery. I did wonder if this would happen. I was concerned because the weather was very hot so timeous delivery of cheese was vital. Needless to say I did not get notification of an hour delivery slot, in fact the delivery never happened. It did arrive the next day but what a waste of a day. If delivery had gone as planned I would have given 5*.”
