“everything did get delivered but cold food stuff was going warm noticeably. I got this parcel in fridge as soon as it got here however as stated the cold chain was definitely not great. I would suggest early deliveries as opposed to after 11 am and more ice packs.”

Sorry to hear this. In very hot weather, more ice packs should be used and the packages are also kept in the fridge until they are collected in the evening. This should ensure the package is still fresh for 24h. We will make sure with the warehouse are packing to the correct standard. If you have any problem with any of the items, please contact customerservice@frenchclick.com and we can refund or replace them for you.

“Delivery within the time frame however, when delivering French cheeses I would advise giving high priority. To be at home for the delivery we choosed 18.30 to 22.30 which is quite large (too large). The delivery happened to be at 22.15 and part of the cheese was melted! Otherwise, it is not my first time ordering with FRench Click and I like the diversity of their products. The team is friendly and willingto help. Thank you”

Thanks for the feedback and 4 star rating. For the delivery in London the order should be in a chilled vehicle so it would be unusual to have a melted cheese. Please send pictures to customerservice@frenchclick.com and we can replace / refund for you. We are trying to keep the delivery slots as small as possible and make sure that the delivery is in the time. If you need a more accurate time, please email or call us on the day of the delivery and we'll be able to sort this for you.

“Well I was really disappointed about my delivery been delayed because of no driver, but the most frustrating part I didn’t get no update when choosing an other delivery had to call the number to ask were was my shopping.”
