Merci beaucoup for your review! We're delighted to hear that you found our products to be excellent and that they arrived on time. We appreciate your feedback regarding the packaging, please do note that the flo pak green loose fill is degradable and can be recycled at supermarket points. We do also use recycled cardboard boxes. For smaller orders we are now using paper loosefill. We can't do this for order with fresh or glass items though for package survive-ability reasons.

“Product as described. Delivery in reasonable time. Seems to have been packed in previously used materials, which I think is good. Would have preferred the minimum order to be lower. Thanks!”

“I came to this online supermarket because I needed some specific ingredients for some French recipes. I found most of what I was looking for and even got some yogurts/cookies that I love when growing up in France. The only tiny downside was that one of my items was not in stock and so not added to my delivery (I was not charged for it of course). I know that more than likely it is not possible to replace out of stock items with something else but it would have been nice to know beforehand that the item was not in stock to order something else instead. I will be back for sure as the delivery fee is more than reasonable and the products were overall great.”

“I haven't tried them yet but I will say that the use by date was the day following after I received them. Very short dates on both packs. Thank you. I've had to freeze them.”

“As a long term customer I am generally satisfied buying products from French click, however I am disappointed about the expiring date on products ( biscuits) When buying more than a dozen of biscuits it is to last long. You should not expect us to finish it within a few days. My delivery was on the 16 /01/25 but the expiry date is the 31/01/25 which too short to consume. So for me it will make more sense to give a customer products with a longer expiring date if they buy a lot of products of the same category. And those who buy a few products ( cake , biscuits) with a shorter expiry date.”
