“The goods I ordered came on time and well packed considering it had to be kept cool. A very enjoyable experience which I shall be repeating in the near future.”

“They were very nice in their own right, plenty of syrup and tasty. They were not the same as the ones we used to get in London or from M&S with fresh cream and topped with a cherry and a very different consistency.”

“It is great that this service exists. I can only say good things about the choice, quality, and speed of delivery. The only negative feedback I have is about the over-packaging. My order contained nothing fragile, but I had a lot of packaging and filler material going to waste.”

“The service is good and the goods arrived in a well-packaged parcel. I had some sausages which also had a strip of coolant bags (which were probably frozen when packed!) and the food arrived in excellent condition.”

“Silly but I thought I was getting Lavender honey. However it arrived on time and I will be using you again. Do you have the real thing? ie from the 'south' of France? Having 'been there done that' it would be lovely to taste that gorgeous running honey again. Anne King”

“My lovely French food was delivered on the agreed day; the sausages & mince taste great!! The only let down is that although my order was over £35 & I live in the London area, I had to pay for the delivery. But I managed to get a voucher which waived off 20% as I was a first time customer. All in all, happy customer :)”

“I bought several different packs of the same type of French sweets which I'd been unable to source elsewhere at a reasonable price. The delivery was fast and well communicated. The courier messages were detailed about the time and date of delivery so I knew when to expect a package. The box was well packed and arrived safely. The reason this is a "good" review and not "excellent" is all the bags except for one were exactly as expected like they had just been taken across the Channel that day. There was one bag of sweets that was completely edible but the wrappers where stuck quite badly to the sweets inside suggesting perhaps they hadn't been stored in the same way. I didn't complain as lit just took more effort to get the wrappers off. Also that pack was meant to be a variety with cola flavour (and I know this is not French Click's fault but there was only 2 cola flavour sweets in the bag - which was the main reason for buying the variety bag). I will order again in the future, I'm sure.”
