“I like French Click because they make it easy for me to get the products that I require. I am a lover of the Cassegrain brand and my local shops no longer stock them. The flavour and the quality of their tinned vegetables are, to me, unsurpassed by other brands. Even other French brands. Next, I love the opportunity placing a largish order for tinned vegetables with them, gives me to order an Andouille, (de Guémené). I have a love and an addiction for this offal based sausage. French Click sell the specific type that I love. The type with the concentric rings, (rather than the type that is chopped pieces of meat packed into the skin). I also take the opportunity of ordering Saucisses de Morteau. Again, they sell excellent quality varieties. The deliveries from French Click are always very quick. Necessary when you order items like the Saucisses which of course, are of a perishable nature. They are packed with gel ice packs to keep them cool and they are still very cold when I receive the goods. The website is easy to use and I find the whole experience to be a pleasant one. In short, I use them because they sell exactly what I want and they get it to me very quickly and efficiently.”

“French Click stocks a good range of products that aren't available in other regular UK supermarkets and delivers promptly. An area of improvement would be describing products more in English for nonfrench speaking customers”

“I didn't actually place an order because I ran into difficulties with passwords etc., so your system must be fantasising, but you've reminded me to have another go at getting passwords etc sorted out. Service was certainly good last time I ordered, hence my return to your site.”

“Delivery was perfect and orders well packed, I have received my order quickly. However on item was missed and I have not made been aware this item was not in stock. A quick email will be nice to avoid disappointment.”
