“They had a great range of products at a good price. My only slight gripe was that I decided to collect the goods directly from their warehouse. I emailed twice to check that this would be OK but, after a few days, received no reply. Ultimately, I had to call but I frequently work overseas so this was inconvenient and expensive.”
