“Saddly not as good as they used to be. On the fresh food I was surprised and desapointed to receive a beef joint I needed to use within 2 days. Not exactly helpful when you order for Christmas. Unsure to use them again after 10 years of being a regular customer”

Hi Very sorry to hear this. We will always refund or replace items if they come with a short date like this. This sounds like a stock rotation issue we need to investigate as they way we operate the fresh items should always have a long date. Kind regards, Matthew French Click

“French Click is the only destination for my specific French products. For example.. while amazon does also carry Maille French mustard.. it is NOT the authentic recipe. The Maille mustard available in the USA is produced in Canada and is comparatively very bland, without the nice tangy kick French Maille has.”

“Great capon, shame the Jesus see Lyon didn't arrive and no attempt was made to supply it. I can't see the point of an internet shop where there is no guarantee that what is ordered will arrive.”

Hi Very sorry about this. There appears to have been a stock eror with this item. Normally we would offer to send it afterwards. It seems due to the delivery date it wasn't done on this occasion though. Kind regards, Matthew French Click

“The company could save on some overhead costs by having packaging more appropriate to the size if the order. My order was for 1 box of Marron Glace and it came in a huge cardboard box with endless filler packaging to stop the relatively small box from rolling around. If repeated on all small orders, this is a huge waste of the company's money”

“Real French capon, tasted delicious and perfect Christmas dinner for the 6 in our family. Beautiful bird. My only thought would be that you consider using a different courier as Parcelforce's delivered my order nearly 24 hours late on their delivery target. As the bird was so well packaged, there was no disaster!”
