“I ordered a duck fois grois, it was supposed to arrive on Saturday, it didn’t. I emailed the Company using their web. No reply. The parcel arrived the following Thursday marked Saturday delivery. The ice pack was melted, the liver was warm so I emailed the company again. No reply. So I have no duck liver and I am shy just under £36. Would I recommend this company, what do think Despite all there promising still no refund☹️”

“Ordering is easy, the delivery slots very convenient and the delivery was on time. However, I disliked the way my items had been packed. I ordered a variety of dairy products, some of which were packed sideways which in transport results in alteration of the quality of the product. I appreciate all items must be packed tightly and using as little packaging as possible, however I feel dairy items like yogurts or desserts should if possible kept upright. Best regards”
