“I spend a lot of time in France and so there are certain foods I really miss when I come back to the UK. “DELIVERED TO THE DOOR WHEN STATED ALL COLD GOODS WERE WRAPPED IN COLD STORAGE CAN NOT GET THE BOL SAUCE IN UK BUT NOW I CAN THROUGH FRENCH CLICK VERY GOOD I AM NOT ABLE TO GO TO FRANCE THIS YEAR AS I HAVE PANCREATIC CANCER AND I ENJOY MOST OF THE FOODS THERE”

“Purchase process was satisfactory except for one aspect, namely the password requirement. I cannot remember it from one Xmas to the next, and as a new password is obtained by simply providing my e-mail address I cannot see what benefit the password provides over and above the e-mail address. Its just annoying.”

“Not a good service. The wrong product was delivered. There was an auto reply to my email advising of this and then nothing further until I phoned them. They advised they would deliver the correct product but would have to check if it was available. Then nothing further until i was obliged to phone again. They advised the product would be deliverd three days later. It was delivered but the same WRONG product again. I had to convince the it was NOT the product I ordered despite them insisting it was. I await my refund but suspect I will have to phone again”
