“Good service and great range of products not generally available in the UK. P+P is a bit odd though... it's expensive but you select from multiple carriers and multiple delivery slots. I'd personally prefer a flat delivery charge i.e. £3 (rather than the £5 I paid) and just get it whenever. It should also be free for any order over £30 in my opinion.”

“Frenchclick's service was second to none. With a combination of texts and emails there was no inconvenience, I was very impressed..... however, I was disappointed with the chicken ( Bresse 1.5 kg). Will definitely use again.”

“My order was delivered on time , however it was not as I had asked for. I had ordered 7 packets of Fromage TUC. but only 2 packets of that flavour were sent. The other 5 packets were original flavour. I telephoned the company and have been informed that my original order will be delivered this week. Iam very happy with the level of service I have received. Anyone can make a mistake! Regards Ken Smith”

Hi Thanks for your feedback. Sorry for the mistake, this was caused by the warehouse being confused by the packaging of the item. We have now sorted the problem so it can't happen again. We also have the 5 extra being shipped today and you will get them tomorrow. Thanks Matthew French Click

“Friendly service and the delivery was in time . Only one problem ,one of the items I ordered was not available ,,,, thing like this happen but I think you should let your customers know what is happening next.....I explain... I miss one product on my delivery ..It was clearly marked as unavailable BUT is the order cancelled and refunded ( how is it refunded to my debut card ? or a credit to my account ? delivered when it is available again ....... ? I still don't know May be you should an email to tell your customer ( me for example ) Michel”

Hi Thanks for your feedback. Sorry for our poor communication regarding the missing item. We will look to improve this. We don't actually charge you until we ship the goods out. You should only have been charged for what you received. You can check your final bill in the your account section of the website in your order history. Any errors on it please contact us. “Products arrived well packaged in a box and apparently externally undamaged. On opening the box 3 of the bags of flour were split - presumable from the box being thrown or squashed in transit. However, I was able to decant the flour into a container so little was lost. Consequently not worth bothering the company for a replacement.”

“Frissee & Escarole not quite up to your usual standard. I had also cause to draw your attention to the weight of your packs of Beaufort Cheese which are nominally 600 gms, & one of the ones that I received weighed 489 gms. I was refunded the difference & have no complaint as to how the issue was handled. I like French Click! Just wish that you'd turn your attention to making available some decent French Wine..............!”

“The product was exactly what I wanted...high quality drinking chocolate and the delivery in particular was very impressive. It arrived almost to the minute when we had been told and I was interested that I could follow the route of the delivery driver on a street map. Delivery charge was a bit higher than I expected but I suppose if you want quality you have to pay for it!”

“I have used French Click from time to time for several years and found their service very good although the last delivery was a bit out of the time they gave to me, but its with traffic permitting ! Good quality jams yogurt and cheese I have purchased from them. Ruth Hall.”

“If you like French food then this is the place to be. Extensive selection and prompt attention to all orders given. Pity the postage is so high but then if you want quality food you have to pay for it.”

“Frenchclick is a very good place to find French food in London. Nice people and good delivery slots. I have been with them for years and they have never been late. Maybe they could offer more products, but to be fair, they have also increased the range quite frequently.”

“Delivery was quick and efficient as stated with a delivery window down to 1 hour, which is excellent. One product supplied was a substitute, supplied without reference, which is not totally satisfactory.”
