“Thinking about your business and trying to see it from your perspective I wonder if perhaps you might begin to start introducing a few more premium quality products to your list, Take for instance sardines. At the moment the sardines in olive oil that you sell can easily be found in any big French supermarket, they are perfectly good but there really is much better regional quality available in France The supermarket sardines normally contain about six fish in each tin, the better quality non-supermarket products mostly contain up to ten small sardines. Younger sardines are of course more tender, have very small bones and are a total joy to eat, even straight out of the can with half a lemon! Maybe you might consider developing a new range of better quality items thus complementing your existing more popular items. You have occasionally succeeded in this anyway, Twining's Scotland tea being but one example. Let's face it, the cash outlay to experiment a little would be relatively small. If it clicks (!) with your customers it would most certainly open up a whole new area and everyone benefits. With the increasing numbers of French citizens who are coming to live in Britain it would appear to be a 'no-brainer'.”

“Quick delivery ! Didn't order any fresh products, but I will next time. I really like the concept of one place where we can buy all French ingredients which you can't find all the time in London supermarket.”

“Good French products at a raisonable price. Though products get sometimes damaged in transport, customer service has been so far very good to replace/reimburse. I do around one order a month, it is nice to get my favourite products delivered to my door!”

“the choice of products is excellent but my only disappointment was a bad scarole the first time I ordered then no scarole on the second order so I hope that for my next order coming Thursday it will be 3rd time lucky. Danielle”
