Great price, fast delivery, but I was incredibly disappointed to find that a delivery of bottles was sent in bubble wrap rather than a proper drinks box with cardboard dividers. Aren't we trying to get rid of plastic waste?

I ordered 18 six-packs of mineral water, paid the delivery charge and waited. The afternoon before it was due I got a call telling me they couldn't deliver it all because of weight restrictions. The ensuing conversation was ill-informed and farcical. In the end I got 12 six-packs, having paid more than double the original delivery price. Your staff need training and your website needs to NOT confirm an order that it can't fulfill.

Set happy about the good just one thing didn't receive the 2 package of merged saussages and I being charge for it so can we let me know if I will get money back for those items thank you

Had what I needed. The delivery charge was extremely high but I had to get the product for external reasons. If I wasn't under that pressure I would not have gone through with the purchase. Shame about the very high delivery cost.

Quick delivery and all item came as ordered . Only one think , package was all wet as ice melted inside , items also little bit wet but nothing was condemned

Happy with the products and the support but could have been better !! I was in a hurry because my french friend was coming the following week for 3 days and I wanted to offer her some french delicacies. I ordered the friday evening, the parcel left the following wednesday and arrived the following tuesday. The parcel left 2 days too late because of the 20 % code that is nowhere on the website for the first order and because of the fresh product the support wanted to warned me about. I told us that we should take off the Merguez so. I did receive the Merguez anyway. They took off 20 % but because the total was now below 50 euros, I paid 15 euros for the delivery instead of 5 euros !! So I did not enjoy the 20 % off at all ! It was 2 days too late for my friend, she was gone. A little bit disappointing. Some product I wanted to order that day were out of stock unfortunately like the Biafine for summer and It was a little bit expensive. However, I received everything very well packed up and with ice for the fresh product. We ate the Merguez the same day and they were good because send frozen but I believe I won't order fresh product again because of the time of the delivery (7 days) 5 open day. On the overall, I was happy with my products and I will order again.

Delivery on time and easy to order. One item was missing and there was no explanation for it. Some information should be given about the size of the products (we receive a very small pack of sweets and were expecting something bigger)

It is difficult to give a proper review as the items that I ordered over two weeks ago are yet to be delivered. I have had email updates and changes made to my order, but I still have no idea what will be delivered and when, despite my payment being taken.

Hi Sorry to hear this. We are always trying to reduce our packaging. The flo pak green loose fill chips we use are degradable and can be recycles in some areas. The only material we are using that can't be recycled is the sorba freeze sheets. They can be re-used though. Kind regards, Matt French Click

As usual the products are of excellent standard, but I would like to see less plastic material used in packing. The green ‘worms ‘ cannot be locally recycled, and the frozen sachets had burst, with the gel inside covering the product!

Very good stock and service, prices OK and comparable to mainland France, my only issue is the delivery charge is too high for small and light weight orders. If cheaper or even a slower delivery (at a reduced price) I would purchase more often.
