“I had an issue with my initial delivery. The items were as ordered but the delivery company did not deliver promptly and so the contents were spoilt. French Click customer service was very quick to resolve the problem and arranged for a replacement order. The delivery was received and everything was as expected. I am going to use them again. The products are excellent.”

“I was looking for a large box of my favourite candy growing up: les petits oursons! I found this site by accident and was so happy to find all the kind of products you can usually only find in France! The delivery take a bit of time but I got it right on the 14th of July, had the best bastille day 10/10”

“Great website with a good variety of french products. I have ordered several times with no issue. The last time there was a bit of a misshap with the transporter and my delivery was delayed but the customer service was super reactive and they reordered the fresh produce for the week after for me at no extra cost. Fab service! Thanks.”

“Fantastic sausages, merguez and toulouse are exceptional. Came well packaged with chilled pockets. Choose Royal Mail delivery, parcel force said they'd tried to deliver but we never saw them, second attempt they left them with a neighbour, we were in. The Toulouse ring is enormous, it's taken me 3 days to eat. A Cumberland sausage on steroids. No instructions so baked it at 180c for 40mins and left it in the oven whilst it cooled and it was perfect.”
