“Ordering is easy, the delivery slots very convenient and the delivery was on time. However, I disliked the way my items had been packed. I ordered a variety of dairy products, some of which were packed sideways which in transport results in alteration of the quality of the product. I appreciate all items must be packed tightly and using as little packaging as possible, however I feel dairy items like yogurts or desserts should if possible kept upright. Best regards”

“The company could save on some overhead costs by having packaging more appropriate to the size if the order. My order was for 1 box of Marron Glace and it came in a huge cardboard box with endless filler packaging to stop the relatively small box from rolling around. If repeated on all small orders, this is a huge waste of the company's money”

“The order arrived, complete and quite promptly, and the food was fresh and the chilled items still cold. The box had split open and spilled packing material (they need stronger boxes!), but the contents were not damaged.”
