Ordered fondue cheese on the Wednesday and paid extra £10 for Saturday morning delivery, eventually arrived the following Tuesday with ice pack defrosted and product warm. Was planning on dinner for the Saturday but had to cancel, phoned french click on the Monday and they said they would track the parcel and get back to me but heard nothing.

I made an order in time for Christmas delivery on 16th of December it wasnt shipped untill the 27th of December and today is the 6th of January and still no sign of them. Can't comment on the products as I haven't got them yet!

I’m afraid to say that I’m very disappointed in my first experience with French Click. The food is superb (even if much of it is supermarket-own brands, it still reminds me of “home”), however the service leaves a lot to be desired. After having been sent the wrong item - with specific allergens - I was told "too bad" when I asked for a replacement with the correct item. To be frank, the company is lucky that I read French and knew the allergens in both languages or they could have had a lawsuit on their hands. I was so chuffed to find a site that will ship the foods I miss, it's a shame that the service is so very poor but I guess... 'c'est comme ca'.

Where is my order??? - 1st order on this website - 2 products missing and not invoiced from my initial order. which reason? - 3 different communication Channels contacted to reach Customers Service... unresponsive - 4-day delay for delivery, still counting... - Should I continue to find a 5th reason to complain??

Hi Very sorry about the issues with this order. Our customer service failed on multiple levels with this order. You should have been called on Friday to clarify what was going on. I ordered a duck fois grois, it was supposed to arrive on Saturday, it didn’t. I emailed the Company using their web. No reply. The parcel arrived the following Thursday marked Saturday delivery. The ice pack was melted, the liver was warm so I emailed the company again. No reply. So I have no duck liver and I am shy just under £36. Would I recommend this company, what do think Despite all there promising still no refund☹️

Not a good service. The wrong product was delivered. There was an auto reply to my email advising of this and then nothing further until I phoned them. They advised they would deliver the correct product but would have to check if it was available. Then nothing further until i was obliged to phone again. They advised the product would be deliverd three days later. It was delivered but the same WRONG product again. I had to convince the it was NOT the product I ordered despite them insisting it was. I await my refund but suspect I will have to phone again

Frenchclick failed to deliver my order. I was advised by Parcelforce of a delivery - this failed because the item was not in stock. Frenchclick advised a new delivery date but nothing arrived. I have still not received my order. I telephoned customer service who said they had no idea when the items would be delivered. I have told Frenchclick to refund my payment.

5 days on no delivery no contact no email and when we phoned there was no answerphone we had to ask a refund with paypal and still had no contact as to why this happened

I am still angry. Instead of the ordered distilled water. They delivered distilled vinegar. Not what was invoiced or ordered. I was shorted a pot of Nutella and I believe I am still waiting for the credit. First and last order with this co.

Hi, I was going to contact you by email re the package I received. I have bought a big number of Petit Lu (biscuits) and some cans and tin bottles that were pretty heavy. They all came in the same box, very poorly protected. As a results, when I opened the first pack of biscuits, the biscuits were all broken in pieces. I can't open the other packs to see if there are all in the same state, but I fear the worst. I wanted to use them for my French classes as a treat and it is not possible now. Totaly disapointed, I order 4 times and each time there are problems : damaged product, missing product, delay in delivery and worse invoiced missing product. After calling them I sent a email asking a refund for missing product but they simply ignore me. Never again!!!

I ordered 30 packs of water,order accepted,delivery day booked...only to receive an email the day after to say that it was too much and they had to deliver me three times because of the water.The order should have never been accepted in the first place and on top of that,you have to take the day off because you can be delivered anytime between 9 to 5.Taking 3 days off for a food delivery is ludicrous.Anyway,cancelled the order,got what I wanted from another company,free delivery and guess what,I had a time slot and they managed to fit the water in a car.
