Took two weeks to deliver. One product was missing from my order without warning. One of the pate-packs was open at the side and I had to throw it away. The rest of the order was warm instead of cool, with soggy packaging. Will never use them again.

Firstly, I got sent the wrong package and had to meet up with the person and swap it myself. Secondly, there were items missing and thirdly 4 of the items were wrong! Customer service is impossible to get a hold off

Hi Very sorry about this, it looks like you already have a re-delivery in this Tuesday for this. You should always get a reply on customer service e-mail within 24 hours. Disappointing! The pate was four days over the use by date and only one of the three packs of Rosette arrived. Also, the packaging was inadequate and one pack of Danettes and one pack of carottes Rapees were split and unusable.

Haven’t received my items because parcelforce decided to delayed the package with no new delivery date the day it was due arrive. If delivery was free I wouldn’t mind too much but it cost a lot just for it to be delayed.

Nous avons utilise pour la premiere fois a Noel et avons trouve tout ce dont on souhaitait. Pratique de pouvoir choisir la date et le creneau horaire que nous desirions. Nous reutiliserons surement ce site et en avons parle a notre communaute francaise de notre quartier.

Extremely unhappy I was promised a delivery Friday, we are Monday and I didn’t receive neither the package nor a confirmation of when I will receive it :(

incomplete delivery Twice. todays one 2 out of 5 missing. Chicken legs double the price on the label at 4 Euros When you charge £7.10 each for one which was 2 days to expire .

I ordered cheese. I knew I was taking a risk but I would have thought that the cheese would be placed in a cooling box or bag. I never received it due to the fact that it was leaking and the Dhl company could not deliver

Ordered some sauce, but they sent the smaller bottles instead. They offered to refund the difference, but seeing as it costs £10 minimum order and £5 delivery it's not right! Also the sauce was not the same type as I previously ordered. They fobbed me off saying it was the new version. We will see!

The bottles I ordered were clearly broken and leaking through the packaging so the parcel was refused. I'm somewhat worried that the courier hasn't communicated this to you. I would appreciate knowing that you are about to resend the order.

Ordered fondue cheese on the Wednesday and paid extra £10 for Saturday morning delivery, eventually arrived the following Tuesday with ice pack defrosted and product warm. Was planning on dinner for the Saturday but had to cancel, phoned french click on the Monday and they said they would track the parcel and get back to me but heard nothing.

I made an order in time for Christmas delivery on 16th of December it wasnt shipped untill the 27th of December and today is the 6th of January and still no sign of them. Can't comment on the products as I haven't got them yet!

I’m afraid to say that I’m very disappointed in my first experience with French Click. The food is superb (even if much of it is supermarket-own brands, it still reminds me of “home”), however the service leaves a lot to be desired. After having been sent the wrong item - with specific allergens - I was told "too bad" when I asked for a replacement with the correct item. To be frank, the company is lucky that I read French and knew the allergens in both languages or they could have had a lawsuit on their hands. I was so chuffed to find a site that will ship the foods I miss, it's a shame that the service is so very poor but I guess... 'c'est comme ca'.

I ordered a duck fois grois, it was supposed to arrive on Saturday, it didn’t. I emailed the Company using their web. No reply. The parcel arrived the following Thursday marked Saturday delivery. The ice pack was melted, the liver was warm so I emailed the company again. No reply. So I have no duck liver and I am shy just under £36. Would I recommend this company, what do think Despite all there promising still no refund☹️
