“French Click products are fine. However my last order was delayed by Parcelforce. It was due for delivery on 3/12/19. I was in all day on the 3/12/19. They attempted to deliver around midday on 4/12/19 when I was away all day. They finally delivered on 5/12/19. Although the cheese was still cold, the packaging around it was wet and disintergrating.”

Hi Sorry to hear about theses issues. Our delivery partners have been very busy at the start of December due to a bigger than anticipated Black Friday rush. Any issues with the product, please let us know and we'll replace it. Kind regards, Matt French Click

“Happy with the service. However 3/5 bags of crisps were popped and crushed which isn’t very pleasing”

“Good food, but for some products it is a bit overpriced especially if you know how much they are sold in France.”
