“Easy to use website and excellent range of products at good prices. Would have given 5 stars but they were badly let down by Parcelforce who failed to deliver on the specified day when I had been advised that 24 hour delivery had been specified - it took 48 hours! The order contained perishable goods and this would make me wary of ordering perishable items again. Parcelforce customer service absolutely useless.”

“It is wonderful to be able to enjoy favourite products from my childhood in France and introduce them to my children. I have used French Click three times (I think). The first time the checkout process didn't work well but FC were very helpful on the phone and it was sorted. Since then the process has been improved and works fine. The only reason for not giving a 5 is you don't get an itemised receipt st checkout so need to remember what you ordered and the prices. Anyhow, I have still recommended FC to friends and I will definitely order again.”

“Home from home - all the French products I love :) Lots of choices, like a proper supermarket only cons Delivery is a bit expensive which put me off ordering sometimes (also all the temptations 😆) And it would be nice for the website to have a make over :)”
