“Lovely to receive all those great French products we miss so much here! There is way too much packaging however - we appreciate this is required for fresh products but couldn't the business develop packaging that avoids having so much plastic?”

Hi Thanks for your feedback. We are always trying to reduce our packaging. Our loosefill and boxes are made from recycled materials and can also be recycled, as can the plastic bubble bags. We are looking for an alternative. Kind regards, Matt French Click

“It’s just a great site, easy to use too, it’s great to able to get products that you can’t get readily in the UK. I’ve used it before when we lived in London. Being outside of London, you have to pay for delivery which is ok.”
