I ordered Vichy water, but wasn't told at the time that I could only order a certain amount. The delivery time was very long, and then it wasn't delivered by Parcelforce on time. When it did arrive, the box looked as if it had been opened and resealed. Inside, the packages of water had all been split. Not a great experience overall.

My first order was OK. But now the site won't let me order what I want. No-one is answering the phone.

A wide range of goods are available, which is good, and I would certainly buy more, however despite placing an order at the beginning of August, I still have not received the goods, and it is almost September. I have asked when I will receive the goods, but have been told there is no definite date as it depends on delivery in my area. Despite having been charged and I have paid for these items, this is not good enough.

Long time for delivery. Change to order based on unavailable item, which was not advised in advance. Website not adequate. Can’t order more than 1 of any item.

The products were excellent, but very slow delivery - over three weeks - and then two out of ten items short-shipped.

I ordered mini sausages as seen on your website but have been sent packs of the long ones instead which I will have to cut up. I will put up with it but I am disappointed

A great service but shameful absolutely un-recyclable packaging, an enormous amount of waste, plastic, foam beans...There are alternatives to this and I wouldn't mind paying a tiny bit more for this company to make this world a better place. I will not use this service again only for this.

I was looking forward to some of my favorite items, I bought whilst living in France, I sent an email this morning. It was a small order, but there were 4 items missing. 1 item I had not ordered and sadly 1 of the cheeses I wanted, was not available. The other was not even on the list. I initially paid £32.20 by card. I did not receive a receipt showing this.

Order just about right but 2 wrong items and one was not available. I am owed over £16 pounds but cannot get any substantive response from the company. Just the same standard email. Zero for communication. I shall check carefully what I am actually charged for in the end

The order was missing one important and expected item. Attempts to repeatedly contact the two listed telephone numbers went unanswered. Perhaps Customer Services would be decent enough to contact the phone number listed under "My Primary Shipping Address" for Order Number SO-287419 of 18/5/2020 delivered 30/05/2020 to rectify the situation.. It is now June 9. Despite a response asking me to contact Customer Services on June 4 saying "there would be a response in 24 hours" - result NOTHING!

It's all very well staggering the processing of orders in order to deal with demand. But when an item is accepted in the order but then not available when that order is processed two weeks later, the customer should be asked if they still wish to go ahead - the first I heard about it was when I opened the package!

bonjour, cest la premiere fois que j'utilise Frenchclick.uk, je suis decu de ne pas avoir recu lensemble de ma commande, je peux comprend vue de la situation actuelle. Cependant, recevoir la moitie de ma commande congele, en sachant que certain produit ne sont pas faire pour cela. Peu etre que je recommanderais , mais en tout cas je le recommanderais pas a mon entourage.
