“First time I ordered something. Everything worked well. The chocolates have just arrived (on time) :-) However, I think the checkout service on the website could be streamlined a bit as it was a bit confusing.”

“Product as ordered was delivered in good time. This supplier is new to me - but the product isn't! I'm sure it will be just great - cant do much wrong with Confit De Canard. We will enjoy the flavour!”

“Speedy and well packaged. Great to be able to get some french products I have run out of. Won't be able to re-stock personally until July. Would like to see a fuller selection of coffees.”

“my wife with two kids are by their aunt in UK, I made the order while I am here in Germany, and things went smoothly, the only thing that wasnt that much is the time needed from placing the order till the package reaches its destination....but my overall opinion is that its good experience Wish you a good luck Dernawi”

“Product is excellent, as requested with no issues. I appreciated being called for further delivery instructions as I wasn't at home when the delivery arrived. The only minus is that the delivery was in a simple plastic bag without my name/address which, if left in closed but communal area, would be better if it were sealed in one way or another with the owners name on it. But that's a detail. Overall experience is good!”

“There is no need to rate le petit marseillais products as they are just second to none, fantastic. With regards to customer service in UK, the delivery arrived as arranged, quick and very well packed. The only issue is delivery charges (£4.99 or £8.99) which is extortionate! I have emailed le petit marseillais company direct and found out I can have free delivery on all orders above $30 (which is about £24.00). Whereas Frenchclick.co.uk offer free delivery on orders above £100.00 ! If this is not changed/reduced in near future, I may just order direct from France as it is cheaper :)”

“Everything went as planned except when I opened one of the battered tins I got sprayed with 'pea juice', but they tasted ok. I'll be more careful with the next one. Only two battered tins in lot. Jacqueline Amos”
