“my wife with two kids are by their aunt in UK, I made the order while I am here in Germany, and things went smoothly, the only thing that wasnt that much is the time needed from placing the order till the package reaches its destination....but my overall opinion is that its good experience Wish you a good luck Dernawi”

“Product is excellent, as requested with no issues. I appreciated being called for further delivery instructions as I wasn't at home when the delivery arrived. The only minus is that the delivery was in a simple plastic bag without my name/address which, if left in closed but communal area, would be better if it were sealed in one way or another with the owners name on it. But that's a detail. Overall experience is good!”

“There is no need to rate le petit marseillais products as they are just second to none, fantastic. With regards to customer service in UK, the delivery arrived as arranged, quick and very well packed. The only issue is delivery charges (£4.99 or £8.99) which is extortionate! I have emailed le petit marseillais company direct and found out I can have free delivery on all orders above $30 (which is about £24.00). Whereas Frenchclick.co.uk offer free delivery on orders above £100.00 ! If this is not changed/reduced in near future, I may just order direct from France as it is cheaper :)”

“Everything went as planned except when I opened one of the battered tins I got sprayed with 'pea juice', but they tasted ok. I'll be more careful with the next one. Only two battered tins in lot. Jacqueline Amos”

“Hi. I received the items ordered from FrenchClick UK and shipping was extremely fast-that was pleasant. Packaging was very good from the outside, except that both bags of cakes were somewhat crushed in between all the white foamy stuff. I give a four-star rating for that reason alone. Otherwise cakes taste fresh-I didn't open all of them yet. I didn't try the jam/marmalade yet. Will probably do business with them again as I like the "Madeleines au beurre" Bonne Maman. Thank you.”

“Very pleased with the overall device and products quality. Is great to be able to order the FR delicatesse at your door step. Would be great if delivery was cheaper or they offer more bundle deals and/or certainly offer discounts/coupons in next orders for first time customers to incentive further purchase. Overall very happy anyway.”

“Excellent service, quick and courteous. Sadly the packing meant the toasts had gone all soggy (being packed in with ice packs) and the butter had a really short date. I did bring these to the attention of French Click and got an apology but no compensation.”
