“I found exactly what I was looking for and not living near any shops that stock what I was looking for it was great to find them all in one place. My only complaint - otherwise I would have given five stars - is that the P&P is quite high for small orders.”

“An absolutely fantastic range of all your favourite foods from France. The only thing stopping me from describing it as perfect is that it is internet only; I did an order for my 73 year old mother who isn't internet literate, but if she was able to order by phone (ideally via a catalogue) then I suspect she would use you every week. That aside, huge range of products, prompt delivery, great website.”

“I wanted some French shower gels that are impossible to find in the UK (until now...) Le Petit Marseillais shower stuff is just incredible. Anyway, these guys stock them all, are cheaper than getting the ferry to Calais, and were very fast in delivery. Thank you.”

“I was very happy with the price and delivery, I was even able to change shipping address at short notice. The packaging for the fresh produce was brilliant. The product wasn't brilliant though. I wouldn't order them again although I will definitely use the company again.”

“There were problems with my card not, apparently, being accepted, leading to, at one point, my having 4 parcels on their way. Very quickly sorted out and I was happy to receive 2 boxes of wonderful French food. Excellent variety on the website. Will certainly be returning.”

“Great products and dispatched when stated. However delivery was a little more iffy. Probably more due to the courrier (parcel force) than French Click. Our parcel was "lost" for a whole weekend. When enquiring by phone they had no idea where the parcel was so told us to stay in on a saturday up to 2pm. Of course nothing turned up!”

“I bought Tisaniere Infusion Night Calme Tea from French Click Limited as it was recommended by a friend. I was able to agree a delivery day and on the day I received a text giving me the hour slot it would arrive and it did on time. My only downside is that the orders have to be minimum of £10 and my item was only £3.75 so I had to increase my order. Also I thought the postage was a bit high at £4.99 (posted from London) considering I only wanted one item initially - my overall cost was £17.24 (I had to buy 3 boxes and pay postage). However, this was the only place I could find this product and luckily I was happy with it and it seemed to be what I needed to help me sleep at night. I have a few other friends who also like it so we will be clubbing together to order more and sharing the postage.”

“I can't fault the service from French Click. My husband was over the moon with his surprise parcel filled with goodies from home. The only cause for complaint lies with the delivery of the parcel, which I appreciate is out of French Click's control. The delivery company left the parcel outside my front door in the pouring rain! The parcel was sodden but at least it was still there as could easily have been stolen. I wouldn't hesitate to place another order with French Click though I would possibly consider the other delivery companies the next time.”

“I have little to say other than that my first experience was all good, with one rider. The packaging of the chilled items which have paper or board outer sleeves should be in a plastic bag to protect the sleeves becoming wet and messy when in contact with the frozen pouches.”

“The produce was very good, but I am unsure how the pricing works. For example, for the Foie Gras I was advised that I would be charged for the actual weight I received (530g) but instead I was charged the full price for the 700g? On top of that I was also charged "Sales Tax' - whats that for ?”
