“I was very happy with the price and delivery, I was even able to change shipping address at short notice. The packaging for the fresh produce was brilliant. The product wasn't brilliant though. I wouldn't order them again although I will definitely use the company again.”

“There were problems with my card not, apparently, being accepted, leading to, at one point, my having 4 parcels on their way. Very quickly sorted out and I was happy to receive 2 boxes of wonderful French food. Excellent variety on the website. Will certainly be returning.”

“Great products and dispatched when stated. However delivery was a little more iffy. Probably more due to the courrier (parcel force) than French Click. Our parcel was "lost" for a whole weekend. When enquiring by phone they had no idea where the parcel was so told us to stay in on a saturday up to 2pm. Of course nothing turned up!”

“I bought Tisaniere Infusion Night Calme Tea from French Click Limited as it was recommended by a friend. I was able to agree a delivery day and on the day I received a text giving me the hour slot it would arrive and it did on time. My only downside is that the orders have to be minimum of £10 and my item was only £3.75 so I had to increase my order. Also I thought the postage was a bit high at £4.99 (posted from London) considering I only wanted one item initially - my overall cost was £17.24 (I had to buy 3 boxes and pay postage). However, this was the only place I could find this product and luckily I was happy with it and it seemed to be what I needed to help me sleep at night. I have a few other friends who also like it so we will be clubbing together to order more and sharing the postage.”

“I can't fault the service from French Click. My husband was over the moon with his surprise parcel filled with goodies from home. The only cause for complaint lies with the delivery of the parcel, which I appreciate is out of French Click's control. The delivery company left the parcel outside my front door in the pouring rain! The parcel was sodden but at least it was still there as could easily have been stolen. I wouldn't hesitate to place another order with French Click though I would possibly consider the other delivery companies the next time.”

“I have little to say other than that my first experience was all good, with one rider. The packaging of the chilled items which have paper or board outer sleeves should be in a plastic bag to protect the sleeves becoming wet and messy when in contact with the frozen pouches.”

“The produce was very good, but I am unsure how the pricing works. For example, for the Foie Gras I was advised that I would be charged for the actual weight I received (530g) but instead I was charged the full price for the 700g? On top of that I was also charged "Sales Tax' - whats that for ?”

“Simple and clear ordering.Was sent an e-mail saying that delivery would be earlier than I had originally asked for which would have been inconvenient but I was at home when the item actually arrived at the specified time.The box was well packed and I was happy with the whole experience.Shall order again.”

“The goods were well wrapped and in good condition. The ice pack had melted and the carton was a bit damp. One fromage blanc outer pot had cracked. But everything was perfectly alright. I would definitely not wish for you to discontinue mailing the fromage blanc because of this.”

“I know I might be fussy but ever since I washed up with the sponex gratounet sponges I have never found anything like them....as i can't buy them in london (??) I found this good website that does them! i guess its cheaper than going to france to get them!”

“Very good ,very fast Delivery,really french product!!!!! Sometime the yaourt come little bite broken , sometime also the date are not so far ,so you need eat in the weeks for fews yaourt,and butter ,but its ok .... Thank you xx”

“- Products are good, as described on website - Packaging was really good, products were well protected against bumps - Notice by text message came too late for me to get it (got message at 10, while order was delivered at 10:30). Had to pick it up at the post office the next day.”

“I don't know why so much is charged for postage (I don't think that such specific delivery time slots and really required), and even though this is a UK firm the delivery time is quite long. On the plus side, all was delivered as ordered and in good condition. If you have the patience, it's worth the wait.”

“This is my first order and it came through on time, good quality and well packaged. I missed the first delivery but it came the next day. I would like the opportunity to choose either a morning or afternoon delivery so as not to imprison me for the whole day.”
