“The raclette is excellent and very good value. However I was disappointed with the fondue. It just tasted ok not great. You should offer to your customers a choice of mixed grated cheeses for fondue as this tastes much better than the block”

“The reason I did not give it 5 star is only because they did not let me know that my order was ready for pick up. It use to be. Otherwise good product and very good costumer services received when collecting my order. Will definitely recommend it.”

“Interesting site for hard to obtain French goodies,especially at Christmas.I have also had fresh fish and thought the customer service very good when I had acall asking if I,d like to change my delivery date to another as the fish would be fresher then,good attention to detail.Free postage if you spend over a certain amount would be nice?!”

“Very good range of product and very nice customer service when you call them, the only minus is the delivery, I'd like to have my product 1 to 2 days after I ordered but they need 3 days minimum. Maybe because they need to order the food in france and do not have stock, otherwise excellent highly recommend to use it.”

“Very happy to find this site because I now have access to products like the amazing Benedicta Mayonnaise that I have only been able to get in France before now! My 1st. order was packed very well and arrived intact. Took a bit longer than I would have liked to arrive, but not a big issue on this occasion. However, there may be times when I would want to be sure of a faster delivery than happened on this occasion. Delivered by Parcel Force, but the driver did not even attempt to deliver to my home, but instead it was left at the local Post Office! No card left, so only discovered when I tracked online. Not French Click's fault though. Will use them again. :)”

“It was disappointing that the free delivery in "London" only extended to BR1/2/3 and as am resident in BR7 only 2 miles further on and only 5 miles from their warehouse it seemed unreasonable especially as they deliver much further into north/east and west London. That said it was easy to pick up”
