“Products as expected, was meant to be delivered on a Thursday but nothing happened; however were very pro active in trying to solve the issue. I have not received initially an email giving me details about packaging issue which resulted in my order not being prepared. They ensure a very much needed prompt delivery early the next day. The delivery man was very polite and helpful, I was unable to carry the packages and was very kind to agree to help putting box in the kitchen. Will order again !”

“French Click provides good quality products I cannot buy elsewhere. My order was delivered on the due day, properly refrigerated. However, the use by date of one of the item was the day of delivery, which is really not helpful.”

Very sorry about this, the canape should have been there. Looks like there was a stock problem with the rabbit. Please contact customerservice@frenchclick.com to arrange a re delivery or refund for it.
